Staff were wonderful, from guard to reception and breakfast and bar area servers. They accommodated our extender group very kindly when we had to rearrange due to illness.
We came back for another night.
Pool area is very pleasant. Currently there is some construction but it didn't bother us so much as we were out a lot.
The shower floor was damaged and they promised to look into it when we came back for an extra night.
The Charme of a colonial Style hotel with all the beautiful Details lovely Garden and extraordinary staff made our stay in Managua a real pleasure!

Het hotel is prachtig en uiterst smaakvol ingericht. De kamer was mooi en comfortabel. Het zwembad ligt in een mooie tuin. Leuk dat je heerlijk kon ontbijten in de tuin. Het personeel was erg hulpvaardig en vriendelijk.
Als het restaurant wat minder prijzig was, hadden we er zeker meer gegeten.

Beautiful hotel, very good breakfast and the staff was really helpful! Definitely would recommend.
A surprising cool charming respite from the noise and heat of Managua. Buffet Breakfast overlooking the well maintained garden was excellent with lots of choice. All the staff especially the front security man, receptionist & breakfast staff were just delightful.
A suggestion only- an extra towel for pool use would be nice.

Was placed as a 4 star hotel which didnt match the facilities of the hotel .

The room we saw the pictures for did which is why we paid did not match what we recieved.
The manager was very passive aggressive when we highlighted the issues we had with the hotel.
Given this was a last day booking due to travel issues. but still did not match expectation
