Important information:

The patio area outside our accommodations can be noisy during busy periods, this would be Friday and Saturday evenings, bank holiday weekends and holiday periods - particularly around Christmas. We do however try to clear this area completely within an hour of closing (12am)

Please note that we are a busy and well supported pub in the town center of Oundle. We have regular live music events, which can be checked via our social media pages. During busy periods our outdoor areas can get quite noisy as well. Please make sure you take this into consideration when booking with us.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Good value for money. Nice vibe and friendly staff.
Pros:

Location good, in town centre, but car park not easy to find. Breakfast - continental, no yogurt provided and no wholemeal bread provided, and heavy emphasis on cereals, but all well presented with friendly, helpful staff.
Large pub garden. Nice atmosphere. Very clean.

Cons:

Single room on ground floor of annex, with window directly onto public alleyway, so did wonder about security. However, seems like a very quiet town, and slept well. Room rather small and probably due for a refurb, but very clean and comfortable with a decent shower.

A very handy and friendly inn for our overnight stay mid journey
