Important information:

The patio area outside our accommodations can be noisy during busy periods, this would be Friday and Saturday evenings, bank holiday weekends and holiday periods - particularly around Christmas. We do however try to clear this area completely within an hour of closing (12am)

Please note that we are a busy and well supported pub in the town center of Oundle. We have regular live music events, which can be checked via our social media pages. During busy periods our outdoor areas can get quite noisy as well. Please make sure you take this into consideration when booking with us.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

The room is clean. The bed is comfortable.

Cons:

If you like to spend time in the bar especially during night, it would be a great place. But if not, it is very noisy and you can’t sleep.

Pros:

Location was good for our stay and where we needed to be and having the car park so close to our rooms was a bonus.
Staff were all helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Room was not very clean, kettle was covered in dust as was the bed side table.

A real delight & such a warm welcome!
Pros:

The staff really excel at this establishment. There was such a sincere warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble!

Cons:

I am very fussy so I did notice the odd little bit of decor that could have done with a little TLC. Regardless, the staff made up for any imperfections. I genuinely felt welcomed and valued as a customer. It was a real pleasure to stay there. We will definitely stay there again.

Good comfortable room
Pros:

Comfortable room. Tea biscuits and fresh water provided. Good size room.

Cons:

Continental Breakfast is included in the rate. They only had instant coffee. But the rest was great.

由于到达时间晚于23点，所以无法联系上该酒店人员，当晚只能临时知道另一家酒店。重点是第二天正常上班日给该酒店打电话不通发信息不回，知道多次给平台客服打电话，在最后一刻才回复，因此给我带来了很大麻烦。第二天询问行李寄存也不可以，在此之前发信息询问也是一只没回复可以或者不可以，体验感很差，以后再也不会住这家酒店。（总共预订了两个晚上实际只住了一晚）

Cons:

Difficult to locate car park. Extremely busy and very noisy pub .Food was good but room was tiny, stuffy and single bed very uncomfortable. Window opened on to car park and felt unsafe to leave open .
