A good location for visiting local beaches.
Pros:

It was a very cozy pub with an active local vibe. A good place to spend a evening. We ate dinner there served right in the bar, very comfortable. The room overlooked the churchyard and the surrounding hillside, beautiful. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

Parking was a bit of an issue, we were lucky to get a place on the street right outside.
It suited us just fine but some may find it a little rustic.

Quaint and characterful
Pros:

looked exactly as the pictures and was a spacious room. Very comfortable bed and room and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. No walking to get a drink in the very nice pub below which had a lovely group of people looking after us.

Cons:

The whole thing really but I guess the church opposite with the bell ringing during the evening whilst we were eating was. The view was lovely

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay , and would definitely revisit.
Pros:

I was a little nervous when I entered the Red Lion it is really old worldly , but the host was really nice and friendly and carried our case up stairs which was good as we were on the top floor . The room was lovely , calm and relaxing , very clean and the bed was super comfy.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I really didn’t like .
