It was good hopefully the pool is up and running

The pool wasn’t working and I was really looking forward to the pool I actually booked this hotel because of the pool so it was a disappointment, I wish they would have said the pool wasn’t working before I booked

Unhappy with the customer services

Rooms are ok

Cons:

When we arrived for checking in at 5pm rooms were not ready We had to wait till 6.30 pm for the rooms to be ready which made me not happy Usual check in time 3 pm If we arrived earlier to checking in there is a charge for it . But the hotel not giving us the room on time is not a good customer service

Pros:

Not much.

Cons:

My room was not clean - especially the bathroom. I don’t believe the tub was clean as there was hair left behind by a previous visitor. Also, the shower faucet had to be held while showering or it would turn the water to the hottest setting. I left a day early - it was gross.
