La habitación era muy encerrada y no funcionaba el aire. El que pusieron, hacía mucho ruido

Deficiente climatización
Cons:

Decepción total. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y lo habían sustituido por un “pingüino” (AA portátil) que hacía un ruido IMPOSIBLE, que no permitía dormir y que además daba directo a la cama con lo malo que es esto para la salud. Nos dijeron que no podían cambiarnos de habitación porque en todas habían tenido que instalar este tipo de AA.
Lo bueno es que la chica que nos atendió fue muy rápida en la solución, gestionando nuestra cancelación gratuita para que pudiéramos cambiar de hotel.
También remarcar que había fuerte olor a tuberías en la habitación.

Wonderful stay in a fabulous location.
Pros:

Location was fantastic - easy walking distance to many main attractions (Plaça de Catalunya, the port, La Pedrera, Sagrada Família).
Comfortable bed, and spotlessly clean.

Cons:

Main air con unit wasn’t working. However, a portable unit had been put into the room and this did a great job.
Some outside noise - trains maybe? Didn’t bother us, but may bother a light sleeper.

Bon emplacement, jolie chambre mais manque de transmission d’information.
Pros:

Bien situé avec une jolie chambre.

Cons:

À notre arrivée, lorsque nous avons demandé l’accès au parking, il nous a été indiqué que celui-ci devait être réservé au moins 48 heures à l’avance. Or, cette information ne nous a jamais été communiquée depuis notre réservation. Nous avons donc dû passer près d’une heure à chercher un autre parking disposant de places disponibles à un tarif raisonnable.

楽しい滞在でした。
Pros:

ホテルの部屋が清潔に保たれていることがとても素晴らしいと思いました。部屋への入室方法も簡潔でわかりやすかったです。外気温は36度ほどでしたが、エアコンがあるので快適に過ごすことができました。いろいろな観光地が徒歩1時間圏内なので、観光の時におすすめです。初めてのバルセロナでしたがとても楽しかったです。

Wi-Fiが時々遅くなることがありました。
