Aangenaam verblijf.
Pros:

Aangename service, drankjes in de koelkast, oordopjes voor het verkeer.

Cons:

werf in de douche kwam los, hier en daar toch wat opfrissingswerk nodig, dunne deuren en muren.

Nous avons été très mécontents de notre séjour, notamment en raison des fortes chaleurs au moment de notre arrivée. La présence d’une climatisation fonctionnelle était pour nous un critère essentiel et l’une des raisons pour lesquelles nous avions choisi de réserver ce logement.

À notre arrivée, les deux jeunes femmes présentes ne nous ont absolument pas informés de l’absence de climatisation. Elles nous ont simplement indiqué qu’il y avait de l’eau et des bières dans le réfrigérateur, qui, par ailleurs, ne fonctionnait pas correctement et ne refroidissait pas.

Plus surprenant encore, le bloc de climatisation était bien installé dans le logement, laissant penser qu’il était fonctionnel. Nous avons finalement découvert qu’il s’agissait en réalité d’un leurre : l’appareil n’était raccordé à aucune installation et ne pouvait donc pas être utilisé.

Avec des températures avoisinant les 35 °C, une climatisation portative nous a finalement été proposée. Celle-ci ne permettait de rafraîchir que l’alcôve et produisait un bruit extrêmement important, au point de nous empêcher de dormir correctement.

Enfin, malgré nos difficultés, le personnel s’est révélé totalement injoignable par téléphone, ce qui a considérablement aggravé notre mécontentement et notre sentiment d’abandon face à cette situation.

Nous considérons donc que les prestations annoncées ne correspondaient pas à la réalité du logement et que cette situation a fortement dégradé notre séjour.
