Wonderful
Pros:

Facilities are perfect. Staff is very accommodating. Had a good stay even though it was only short.

Cons:

The nearest station exit is still some walk from the actual exit of the train, but that is common among subway or train stations so it's okay

Pros:

Nice calm location, tons of convenience stores nearby with a JR station less than 2 minutes on foot from the place. Staff were attentive to my needs. Overall I'd say it was good for what you pay for. Bed was comfy and large for one person. (Got the purple room)

Cons:

The sinks in the male washroom on the 6th floor were a bit clogged which made it so the water would go down slowly. The unit baths installed there were also a tiny bit moldy (which isn't that unusual for this type of shower after some time), but it wasn't a dealbreaker.

Agréable endroit pour séjourner !
Pros:

La propreté des douches communes et des toilettes.
L'endroit dans l'ensemble assez coloré et cosy.
Le silence la nuit.
Le personnel très professionnel.
La possibilité d'avoir des serviettes, rasoirs, et brosse à dent quand on veut.
Le lieu à 5 minutes à pied de la gare est indéniablement le point fort. Et on est à côté de la Tokyo Skytree.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas de point négatif.

Wir haben unsere Zeit hier sehr genossen.
Pros:

Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ruhige Lage in Sumida in der Nähe des Skytrees war für uns optimal.
Die Zimmer sind klein aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem und unter den Betten ist Platz für Gepäck. Es gibt ausreichend saubere WCs / Waschräume in jedem Geschoss.
Die Dachterrasse bietet einen tollen Ausblick.
Im Erdgeschoss kann man die Küche nutzen und es gibt einen Wasserspender mit gefiltertem kalten Wasser.
Generell hat und das Hotel-Design sehr gut gefallen.

とっても素晴らしいホテルです。また是非泊まりたいです！
Pros:

オシャレで洗練された内装デザインがすごく気に入りました！オートロックなのも嬉しいです。
シャワールームには、洗面台が４つあり、どれもReFaのドライヤーが備え付けてありました。ReFaが使えるの嬉しかったです！
部屋のカーテンを開けるとちょうとベッドの位置からスカイツリーを近くで見ることができました。びっくりラッキーな位置でした。
スカイツリーを部屋から眺められるなんて。

Cons:

夜中と朝は暑くなり、室温調節をしたかったのですが、全館空調？のため部屋の室温調節ができず、汗ばみました。
廊下は涼しかったためか、ドアに靴を挟んで室内に廊下の冷気を入れる工夫をされている方も別室におりました。

駅近でロケーション最高！
Pros:

完全に個室の部屋で防音だったのか、あまり外の音が聞こえなかったので音で起きるなどはなかったです！

Cons:

部屋の匂いが独特？というか、私はあまり好きではなかったので好き嫌いがあるかな…と思いました。
あと、シャワー室があまり清潔感はなかったように感じましたがこちらも個人差があるかもしれません…
