Cheap small room with shared spaces for those who want to explore Tokyo!
Pros:

Location was great, especially if you’re travelling from Narita Airport. Great amenities!

Cons:

Could use with some more storage solutions! Travelling solo is fine, but with two people and two big checked suitcases, it can be hard to squeeze you all in!

Pros:

お風呂やトイレが共同でも気にならないタイプであれば、部屋は完全個室なので、1人の空間が保証されているし、他の人を気にせずに快適に過ごせた。通常のホテルよりもコスパが良かった。

スタッフの皆さんの雰囲気もよく、とても快適な旅になったと思います！ありがとうございます！

Cons:

女性のシャワールームや洗面所は特に、髪の毛が気になりました。客が自分でサッと綺麗に出来るように、クイックルワイパー等が置いてあると快適に過ごせるなと思います。

今時のシックな建物の雰囲気で、玄関付近もオシャレでよかった。
Pros:

男性のわたなべ氏のコーヒーパックや、浄水器の水不足のことを伝えた時の、反応や対応は、一生懸命さが伝わってすばらしかった。
ドアノブにコーヒーパックを入れた袋があり、個数も含めて気遣いが素晴らしい、非常にありがたかったです。

Cons:

チェックイン時のドイ氏は、どっちが客がわからないようなぶっきらぼうな接客だった。事前に問い合わせしてた、冷凍庫への対応も、なんかイマイチ。深夜帯の出入りのインターフォンに鍵をかざす件に尋ねた件も、「たぶん」の答え方は、セキュリティの関係でいかがなものかと。

あと、翌朝に、1Fの受付のトコで、女性が2名いて、目が合ったが、挨拶とかなんの声がけもないどころか、私語の声量が大きく、職場になにしにきてんの？って正直思いました。これはホテル側はたぶん非はないと思いますが(前回利用者が設定して残ってたのかもしれないし)、テレビになんの設定をしてないのに、朝6時に勝手にテレビがついて、寝不足で参りました。
