Pros:

First, the staff. Nico was spectacular. He met us at the parking lot, shuttled us to the hotel, and took care of us the entire stay. The same for the rest of the staff.

Location in the center of Rovinj was perfect. Facilities were historic, and really good.

Staying in Rovinj was the last stop for us in Croatia. Weren't quite sure what to expect.

Rovinj went so far above expectations. A lovely, smaller adriatic city with a strong Italian cultural history. The views from across the town were idyllic and breathtaking.

Rovinj is smaller than the hustling, bustling Dubrovnik and Split experiences, though still plenty of tourists. But the smaller size made so much more accessible, and you became familiar with the town very quickly.

We loved Rovinj, and the Hotel d'Oro, and will plan to be back.

Magical spot in Rovinj.
Pros:

This is a beautiful property perfectly located for exploring Rovinj. The rooms were a good size and spotless. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. And the lift from the car park to the hotel was extremely helpful with luggage, though be aware there is an additional charge for parking. An excellent hotel, would stay again.

Pros:

Wunderschöne und charmante Unterkunft mitten in der Altstadt. Das Gebäude steht unter Denkmalschutz und hat und total begeistert - es war wie eine Reise in die Vergangenheit. Das Personal war sehr nett, es war einfach alles perfekt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Pros:

Super vriendelijk en gedienstig personeel. Uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt. Perfect gelegen in het oude stadsgedeelte. Transfer van parking naar en terug van hotel was top!

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt im Angelo d’Oro Heritage Hotel und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Unser Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, das Badezimmer wirkte ganz neu und war hochwertig ausgestattet. Das gesamte Hotel ist ausgesprochen stilvoll gestaltet und bietet viele gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten, insbesondere im schönen Basement, in dem man wunderbar entspannen kann.

Der Service war außergewöhnlich gut – aufmerksam, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Man merkt, dass hier großer Wert auf Gastfreundschaft gelegt wird.

Auch das Frühstück hat uns überzeugt: eine sehr gute Auswahl, hochwertige Produkte und frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen machten den Start in den Tag perfekt.

Die Lage ist ideal – mitten in der Altstadt von Rovinj. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Besonders praktisch ist auch der hoteleigene Parkplatz. Er liegt etwa 600 Meter vom Hotel entfernt und ist durch ein großes Metalltor sicher abgeschlossen. Ein toller Service: Ruft man kurz vor der Ankunft im Hotel an, wird man mit einem kleinen Golfwagen am Parkplatz abgeholt und samt Gepäck direkt zum Hotel gebracht.

Ein stilvolles Boutique-Hotel mit perfekter Lage, hervorragendem Frühstück und einem Service, der wirklich herausragt. Klare Empfehlung!

Incredible hotel in a beautiful town
Pros:

What an incredible hotel. I could explain about the great facilities, rooms and breakfast, but most importantly what made it so great was the staff. They were all such kind and genuine people, who went above and beyond to assist you throughout their stay. Our son absolutely adored them and they even took him for a ride on the golf cart! Without a doubt, we will be coming back to this hotel when next in Croatia.
