Beautiful facility, great shuttle, friendly staff, clean rooms, relaxing atmosphere
I would appreciate more vegetarian options
Location and setting. Quiet( except the music at 8:30 one morning.). Clean room with good location. Parking very convenient.
A couple of blankets by the fire pit would be nice. Pool needs to have a shower & restrooms inside the gate pool area. How else can you shower before entering the pool??😳( pool rules)
Loved the grab and go store. Coffee and cinnamon bread was amazing
Loved everything
Gorgeous property, room was so spacious, great location for Dollywood access and a quick free shuttle ride, free self parking
We had dinner reservations at Ember & Elm and waited about 20 minutes to be sat, and once we sat, the server informed us it was taking 1.5-2 hours per ticket to get food, even if you ordered just one appetizer because a cook walked out mid-shift, and they should have had 10 servers on staff and only had 5. Plus it was Run Dollywood weekend so a lot of extra guests. We ended up getting in our car and going off property to eat dinner because we couldn’t wait that long after traveling all day.
It’s beautiful! Memories to last a lifetime.
Very clean, comfortable beds daily housekeeping
Nothing
Very nice pool and room everything is beautiful!
Food service was horrible way understaffed for a Friday and Saturday waited 1 hour just to get nachos sent to us by the pool and to get a drink you might as well forget about it but when the food finally csme it was delicious just way to long of a wait
Meticulously maintained and very user friendly.
I didn’t like that if you booked via booking.com you get the least favorable location of your room.
I loved the location and the Dollywood trolley to ride to and from the parks. I also loved the theming and the facilities.
There is nothing that I didn’t like. It was a little pricey, but it was a very nice resort with great amenities so I understand the price.
We sat outside by the table heaters and enjoyed ourselves when we bought an ice cream from the store on the property. We ate breakfast there but were 2 of only 3 people in the breakfast area. We should have gotten breakfast at another restaurant in the area and saved money. we were told that motel was about 1/3 full. Looks like the occupany rates should have been lower then they were. Dollywood would be opening later on that week so occupancy would have gone up then.
We had to go a long way across the bottom floor to get to the elevator to our room. Thas was kind of inconvenient.
Self check in with your luggage is a nightmare… three wheel carts that don’t have no locks on them. They will flip over on you and drop your stuff all over the floor and one the carts went flying down the road with my cooler🤦♂️🤯😡
