Amazing view here, but old building, bad plumbing's bad odor will piss you off
Pros:

View was excellent, the best in Jomtien beach side. I have been to Pattaya so many times, staying in this resort just changed our experience. Sitting in the balcony, watching sunset with wide-open beach is best. Breakfast was average but standard, not too many options but you can go by with it.

Cons:

Toilet stinks sooo bad. Toilet smells like shits. I have never stayed in any hotel with such bad smell in toilet. Don't misunderstand, the toilet was clean but i guess their plumbing system is done wrong somewhere and the bad odor gas flows i suppose most of the toilets in the building. We took two rooms and both of them smelled terrible.

We won’t stay there again
Pros:

Their renovated rooms are fantastic, view is breathtaking., swimming pool is wow.

Cons:

They gave us the non renovated rooms, poor bed, poor bathroom, seems very old furniture, there were termites as well in that room. Some of their staff is very rude and not supportive. Breakfast is not as per standards of 4-5 star hotel. It was really bad

Wonderful dinner on rooftop with amazing porkchop&shiraz wine.
Pros:

Rooftop bar very pro.Good wines . Very very good pork chop and Nachos.
Very good Shiraz wine.
