Hôtel dans le centre de Bruxelles
Pros:

La proximité avec le centre ville. La grandeur de la chambre. Le grand lit

Cons:

Il n y avait qu’une seule essuie dans la chambre. Nous avons pris la seconde dans l armoire mais elle sentait un peu le renfermé.

Sur les photos on voyait une cabine de douche et on a eu une baignoire.

Great place to stay for business trip
Pros:

Staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. Really nice outdoor eating area for breakfast. Very clean room. Great lication for business trip.

Cons:

Breakfast was basic enough for the price but still very nice. English tv channels very glitchy.

Low comfort and room did not correspond to reservation
Cons:

I specifically asked for two single beds for me and my colleague, but once we entered the room we saw a single queen size bed. The staff looked for an alternative, but they did not find any rooms with two single beds. The staff did not see my request in their system and they seemed quite doubtful and requested to see my reservation confirmation (on which it was explicitly written). They then suggested to provide free breakfast for us if we would have taken the room, but we refused as we could not eat in the morning. Finally, they provided a different room with a bed and a sleeping couch. The latter was however very uncomfortable and noisy.
The bathroom was clean however very old style, with a bath with a curtain, rather than the modern shower shown in the picture of the room that I had booked.
Last, the air conditioning system was very noisy, even when switched off in our room.
Overall not a great experience for a hotel which is rated 4 stars. I have been in many other 4 star hotels in Brussels and the comfort and client friendliness.

Nice and easy!
Pros:

Convenient and good location, close to public transport, grocery stores. as well as some nice parks! I did like the size of the rooms and that there was a coffee machine in the room!

Cons:

Personal preference (and probably user error) the shower handle was at a wrong angle and ended up spraying the bathroom floor with a lot of water if not held in a particular way. I found the beds a bit hard to my liking but again could be personal preference!
