Perfect stay, awesome staff, delicious food - 10 out of 10.
Pros:

A real GEM hidden in the forest in beautiful Valais region. We went to the Grand Bains d'Hérémence for a relaxing Spa day (10 min drive) and finished the day at John's Lodge and it was absolutely perfect. The staff, the restaurant, the quality of the service, the amazing room was cozy, clean and super comfy. It would be difficult to make it better!

Cons:

Absolutely nothing could've been done better, it was absolutely perfect, we will be back for sure in winter to also enjoy the fact that the hotel is just a few meters from the ski station. The only little thing to improve maybe, would be the AC in the bathroom; it was a bit too cold when I got out of the shower, but otherwise, there's no negative aspect to this place.

Pros:

Le petit déjeuné était vraiment bien ! Le personnel très sympathique. Dommage que nous n'avons pas pu déguster les plats du restaurant car ça avait l'air vraiment bon et beau , et les prix hypers corrects.

Cons:

Le lit est beaucoup trop mou. Le surmatelas est totalement inutile et rend le couchage très inconfortable. Il devrait être retiré.

Chambre magnifique avec un lit immense et très confortable. Salle de bain très belles aussi.
Il manquait juste une baignoire...

Très bon séjour
Pros:

La chambre est très bien - spacieuse , beaucoup de rangement, le lit un peu trop moelleux à notre goût.
La salle de bain nickel.
La vue parfaite. Situation très proche des remontées

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est beaucoup trop cher - 25 Frs suisse par personne - pour ce qui est proposé
