Very comfortable with lovely added luxuries.
Pros:

Communication from host was excellent. Property was as always, clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Central location is perfect. Would not hesitate to stay again. The in room kitchen was very useful whilst away for work.

Pleasant . Quiet location . Very clean , spacious accommodation.
Pros:

Good location near centre of city.
Comfortable bed . Spotlessly clean . Owner prepared room for 1pm

Cons:

Breakfast would have been good for price payed . Prefer owner on premises.
Car park opposite recommended by her.
Phoned company to pay.. asked to answer 3 questions.. kept reverting to 1st question.. very stressful after long trip. Gave up , went to other carpark nearby. Owner please take note pleas

Pros:

Fabulous building and great location. Wonderful decor throughout and room had excellent facilities - even a hairdryer with a diffuser! Small public car park opposite very handy.

Cons:

Road noise, street lamps which are not in the properties control.

Pros:

Fantastic hotel. Beautiful big room, everything is spotlessly clean. Garden terrace was fantastic too. Was super easy to find, and the staff gave simple instructions leading up to, and on the day. Would happily recommend to anyone looking to stay in Worcester.

The place to stay in Worcester!
Pros:

I stay here regularly for work and have returned time and time again, the whole experience is exceptional. Booking is incredibly easy and the entry code is sent on the morning of arrival, making check-in completely hassle-free. Jackie is always on hand if you need anything and responds really quickly by phone or text. The rooms are spotless, modern, bright and beautifully presented, with a handy kitchen area, fridge, milk and coffee machine. The beds are amazing and incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect for Worcester city centre, with parking conveniently available just across the road (although the parking itself can be a little expensive).
