Pros:

A pleasant stay overall. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were initially given a room without a view, but it was changed the next morning. Breakfast was delicious and varied enough.

Cons:

The only downside was the towels, which didn't absorb water well and didn't seem to be cotton.

Pros:

I have nothing but praise for the hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and my room and the entire hotel were clean and well maintained. The location is truly fantastic; everything was close by and easily accessible.
I would especially like to praise the breakfast – it was phenomenal, varied, and absolutely delicious.
I had a very pleasant stay, and if I return to Istanbul, this hotel will definitely be one of my first choices. Highly recommended!

Servicio muy bueno y ubicación excelente! Lo único es que el estacionamiento no está incluido, pero se puede resolver sin mucho problema.
