Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location was excellent, the rooms were clean, and the staff was always friendly and professional.

What impressed us the most was the exceptional kindness and support we received after our departure. We accidentally left our passports at the hotel, and the staff immediately contacted us, kept the documents safe, sent us photos for confirmation, and helped us find a solution to get them back.

A special thank you to the manager Gulay and the team for their patience, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help. Their assistance went far beyond what we expected and gave us great peace of mind during a stressful situation.

We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again when visiting Istanbul.

Das Hotel war ruhig,die Betten bequem und die Lage super zentral zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balcon gebucht,bekamen aber eins mit Blick auf eine Wand vor dem Fenster.Als wir uns beschwert haben,bekamen wir dann ein anderes Zimmer mit Blick zur Strasse.Das Hotelpersonal war sehr reserviert und nicht gerade freundlich.Das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht berauschend.

Tolle Lage, speziell wenn es um Einkaufen geht, sehr nahe dem großer Basar. Den Gewürzbasar kann man im Anschluss auf dem Weg zu den Fähren besuchen.
Trotz der zentralen Lage recht ruhig.

Cons:

Die Betten waren uns zu hart.

Zajtrk je bil zelo okusen in dovolj izbire,predvsem pa mi je bil všeč ambient,ter pripravljenost osebja,za kakšne dodatne razlage,glede na to,da nisem preveč vešč v tujem jeziku.

Cons:

Nič nebi spreminjal.Všeč mi je lokacija,saj prevoza nisva uporabljala,ker je vse na dosegu sprehoda.

There were also very nice people at the breakfast table.
Ideal location, tram stop 200 m away, it is not a problem for walkers to get to Sultanahmet and the beautiful parks.
I especially recommend taking a room with a garden view, this ensures access to the terrace.
The restaurant where breakfast was served has a beautiful atmosphere and is clean. The only downside is that it is really very expensive.
The hotel could make nice discount to customers, I believe that then they would spend a lot more time there.
The breakfast has a small selection but no one will go hungry.

Cons:

Breakfast could have more variety or at least fresh fruit and greens.

The location was excellent, very convenient for exploring the city and close to many attractions.
The hotel did not have private parking but the staff kindly assisted us in finding a nearby parking place. A special thank you to Ms. Tuana, the manager, whose exemplary behavior and kindness made our stay even more special. From the very first day, she helped us a lot with our children and made us feel truly welcome.

The entire staff was amazing — very friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. One of the most touching moments was when they found out it was our daughter’s birthday and surprised her with a birthday cake.
We highly recommend Hotel Balin to anyone visiting Istanbul and we would gladly stay there again.

Cons:

The only negative point was that the hotel did not have private parking.
