Nice place good value of money
Pros:

Nice location even if its a 20 mins walk from the Jemaa el-Fnaa, but its quiet and since it is close to a main road, it is easy to access. The room is satisfactory, there is air conditioning, and the bed is comfortable.

Cons:

I would not recommend the breakfast. For the same amount of money, you can have a much more substantial meal in the bazaar.

You can book excursions and activities through the riad, but even in that case I would recommend Booking.com because it offers a wider selection.

What I found bothersome was that the cleaning lady who lives/worked in the riad, and who does not speak English, would ask for a “gift” (tip) after breakfast or whenever an activity was booked. This can become quite uncomfortable on a daily basis. For this reason, I only used the accommodation’s services on the first day; afterwards I arranged my own breakfasts and activities.

The location is not far from the souk

Cons:

I didn’t like that the amount pre-booked on Booking.com was completely different from the amount I had to pay at the property. It felt a bit fishy and unclear. Also, the hammam experience felt more like a community bath and did not meet my expectations. Overall, it wasn’t worth the money spent.

Bonne adresse
Pros:

Un très bon lieu à Marrakech. Un bon contact et une petite vidéo pratique pour trouver la porte d'entrée car on se perd facilement dans le dédale de la médina. Couplé avec le Gps (merci Google Map). Le lieu est joli et confortable. Les prix (repas) abordables. J'y reviendrai.

Cons:

Comme dans tous les riads, il faut espérer que les chambres voisines soient respectueuses et silencieuses.
