MNIEJ NIŻ ZERO!
Pros:

Zarezerwowałam nocleg, wszystko było umówione włącznie z późnym zameldowaniem około północy. Zamówiłam również transfer z lotniska do riad. Przed odlotem poinformowałam właścicielkę że będę przed północą. Po wylądowaniu nie było kierowcy, kiedy zadzwoniłam z pytaniem gdzie czeka, usłyszałam że riad odwołał moją rezerwację nie informując mnie i nie uprzedzając. W rozmowie telefonicznej da się wyczuć że kobieta jest nazbyt emocjonalna, wzburzona, jakby była agresywna i niepoczytalna. Takie zachowanie wprowadzenie w błąd w szczególności wiedząc że turysta przylatuje późną nocą, bez możliwości znalezienia innego noclegu świadczy o poważnych zaburzeniach psychicznych. Dodatkowo podaje nieprawdziwe koszty transferów. Z przesłanej ulotki np transport do outrazete 35 Euro, po czym okazuje się że 4000 dh!!!!. Znam Maroko od kilku lat i nawet do głowy by mi nie przyszło że ktoś kto korzysta z booking powinien zapewnić bezpieczne i przyjazne warunki gościom, a w rzeczywistości zadrwił i wystawił do wiatru pozbawiając tym samym dachu nad głową. Nie polecam, przestrzegam przed oszustwem i narażeniem na niedogodności i ogromne utrudnienia. Sprawa zostanie zgłoszona do osób właściwych i odpowiedzialnych za sprawowanie kontroli i nadzoru nad prawidłowym funkcjonowaniu tego typu usług.

Tan solo para dormir

La ubicación era buena. Si vas a pasar una noche y tan solo vas a estar para dormir, puede valer. El desayuno estab rico

El colchón era incómodo, no había mesita de noche ni luz de lamparita pequeña, no había jabón. El WC perdía agua.

Pros:

The housekeep was amazing. The manager tried to solve all the problems.

Cons:

The riad didnt reserve my room so i had to share room with my family. The shower didnt close properly so I had a pool of water coming to my room. The riad is actually in medina but far from the center (25 minutes in busy times). Around the riad was a lot of constrution works all falled down and not beautiful at all).

Lots of things to improve upon.
Pros:

The host was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The uppermost room was quite hot. There were flies everywhere. Other guests who came upstairs to smoke or chat at night were quite noisy. Nobody cleaned my room for the 3 nights that I was there.

El riad tenía mucho olor a cloacas .Las sábanas y almohadas tenían manchas i pelos.La habitación muy estrecha con muy poco espacio.no había enchufes cerca de la cama y un enchufe que había no funcionaba.Estubimos dos días y nadie pasó a limpiar . No lo recomendaría ni siquiera tiene una buena ubicación.

Esta en una zona no muy segura, no nos dió confianza y decidimos pagarle la noche a pesar de no dormir ahí porque no había manera de encontrar una solución, preguntamos si era un sitio seguro e insistieron diciendo que si, pero que no pudiéramos taxis… Tan solo llegar ya habían 5 chicos fuera en la puerta chillandose entre ellos andando muy cerca de nosotros, sospechoso…
