Os funcionários eram muito simpáticos, o quarto era grande, limpo e confortável, o pequeno almoço era bom e a localização excelente

The website actually says all the rooms are equipped with air conditioners while they told you only half of the rooms are equipped with one.
In fact, there is a way easier way to solve the issue: just add window screens, so people can open the window to get better air at night without worrying about bugs like flies. Plus, I think the air conditioning does not match the size of the room it can properly cool.

It's inside the castle, so pretty convenient if you plan to go to the medieval festival, the staff is pretty helpful with whatever doubts you may have, plus breakfast is light and nice.

Cons:

The shower box is quite small, the shower water takes a while to heat up, the door locks are quite confusing if you don't know the old house design.

A localização é o principal ponto! Sobretudo em Julho, em meio ao Mercado Medieval, consegue-se sentir dentro da energia única da vila.

Cons:

Há vários pontos que foram fracos: o pequeno-almoço tem pouca variedade e a sala de pequeno-almoço é separada por um biombo do restaurante/bar que pertence ao hotel; o ar condicionado não funciona de forma alguma, o que é muito mau durante o alto verão; a casa de banho tinha a tintura do tecto a descolar e o duche estava sempre a cair do apoio durante os banhos.
Mais pessoal do que isto, eu e minha companheira fomos postas num quarto que falava sobre uma maldição de uma das igrejas locais, que resultava num mau casamento...
Acho que há muito de melhorar no quesito de gestão, aproveitar-se mais da estética da própria vila, e além de estarem visivelmente understaffed. É uma pena, pois tinha tudo para ser uma estadia incrível no epicentro da vila.

Perfect stay in the heart of a walled medieval city.
Pros:

This is a comfortable hotel. I particularly liked that there was an inviting sitting room as an alternative to propping on a bed when reading etc.
