Cons:

Le fait qu’il n’y ai pas de brasseurs d’air, ne de climatisation! En pleine nuit, des personnes sont entrés et ont bu sur le parking (arrivé à 2h et reparti à 4h30), nous empêchant de dormir !

Die Zwischenübernachtung im Campanile Lille war ok!
Pros:

Wir haben 2 x ein 3 Bett-Zimmer gebucht und 2 x ein 2 Bett-Zimmer bekommen! Da wir mit
5 Personen dort übernachtet haben, war dies eher ungünstig!

Cons:

Die Rezeption war morgens nicht besetzt! Wir haben falsche Zimmer erhalten und konnten dies nicht vor Ort reklamieren!

Un accueil très désagréable avec un personnel qui ment de manière délibérée sur les horaires d’arrivée et annonce que les chambres ( faute de personnel) ne seront disponibles qu’à 16 h au lieu de 12 h ( heure confirmée sur la réservation ) !
Une personne de notre groupe c’est vu attribuer une chambre non faite puis un clé de chambre occupée …
Et pour terminer la propreté des sanitaires laissaient à désirer … les extérieurs sont lamentables !

L’état du bâtiment extérieur lamentable, les ranbardes pourries attention la sécurité !
Et au fait le Karcher existe encore.
Même si le prix n’es pas trop cher les gens payent un service quand même.

Correct mais déjeûner a proscrire
Pros:

L'accueil du vendredi, vraiment très serviable, agréable et très réceptive a la demande

Une fois de plus, le petit déjeuner.
Vraiment très médiocre, il n’y a pas eu de réassort lors de ma présence.
J’ai pris les 2 derniers pain au chocolat, et le signalant a l'accueil du samedi, la seule réponse que j’ai eu est "je m’en occupe" mais........rien.
De plus, j’ai signalé que la machine a café était en panne, l’air dubitatif du préposé ma fait pensé que j'étais un menteur. Mais après d’autres plaintes, il a quand même daigné se lever pour aller voir et à vu que c’était vrai.
Après 20 min de chipotage a la machine, enfin du café.
En résumé, et c'est mon avis personnel, le prix de 13.95€ pour ce déjeuner est une vraie arnaque.
De ce fait, je n’ai pas pris celui-ci le dimanche.

Een kokend heet en slechte ervaring.
Pros:

Eigenlijk niets, Andere kamer dan gevraagd en bevestigd. Juiste kamer gekregen., Vloer niet gestofzuigd, wasbak en toilet niet schoon, douche schimmel en gele kitranden. Ontbraken handdoeken, kussens en bekers. Twijfelde of kamer al niet gebruikt was. Geen airco. De andere kamer lag in de zon dus was een kookpot. Buitenkant oud en vervallen, Dachten bij aankomst dat het niet in gebruik was, zo armoedig en totaal geen andere gasten te bekennen. Tot aan een goede renovatie. En dat voor haast 100 euro, terwijl wij in het vorige Campanile Hotel maar 80 euro betaalde en daar wel alles keurig in orde was. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar.
