Severe Cleanliness & Pests:
The room was extremely dirty upon arrival and was not cleaned regularly. Most concerningly, there was a heavy cockroach infestation throughout the room, day and night.

Non-Functional Facilities:
The television did not work, the shower was unavailable, and the building's elevator was out of order for the majority of my stay.

Missing Amenities:
Breakfast was included and paid for as part of my reservation, but the kitchen was closed and unavailable, meaning I was never provided the breakfast I was promised.

Cons:

Water did not come many times. We had to wait for staff to switch on the motor to fill.
Hot water was not available.
The first room given was not good next day the change. There were cockroaches in the room, it was very bad and I felt uncomfortable in both the rooms

2. AC was there but AC remote doesn’t work.
3. Smelly rooms and no cleanliness.
4. Cockroaches found in the room
5. No staff available for help during night time.
6. Soap and towel not provided.
7. Dirty bed sheets and pillow covers.
8. Balcony is stinky
9. Kettle not provided for drinking hot water.
