Eeasily a 10/10 for the warmth and friendliness of both the reception and operations staff. The hotel has a bright, open, and airy feel that makes it very relaxing to come back to. Breakfast was consistently excellent, and the restaurant offered a really enjoyable start to the day. The leisure facilities were also a great bonus and well looked after. Being located in the heart of the Old Quarter made everything very convenient and walkable. It’s a perfect spot to relax and spend quality time with family or loved ones after a busy schedule.

Very suitable for long business trips as the hotel is well-equipped, comfortable, and the staff are always ready to help with anything. I really like the feeling of coming back late and still finding the hallways lit with soft music playing - it feels warm and welcoming, just like being at home.

We had a great experience here, especially with the efficient service during both arrival and departure. Check-in and check-out were handled quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated after a long day of traveling. The room was clean, comfortable, and well cared for, and the facilities throughout the property were maintained to a high standard. Another big advantage is the location, which is close to the Old Quarter with plenty of restaurants and local food options nearby.

Another highlight was the buffet, which offered many different dishs suitable for various preferences and tastes. I enjoyed having so many options available each morning before heading out to explore the city. Overall, the experience was smooth, relaxing, and very consistent in quality.

The location is excellent, right in old quarter but the street is a bit off the busiest area, so it's less noisy and not so congested especially the pedestrian walk is way wider than the other areas.
The staffs are polite and nice. One of the receptionists, Lily, is exceptional good and always carrying a smile on her face. At the night of our check-in, we took a Grab car from the airport to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, we found out that the card payment I locked in with Grab was not working and the driver asked for cash payment. As I haven't had any Vietnam Dong on hand, Lily was very kind and paid for us by cash first. The concierge guy even walked with us to get money exchange afterwards. Besides, Lily was so helpful in recommending to us a few local authentic eateries which we tried later and found very good. The overall experience staying there is way better than we expected and it's good value for money.
