The room was excellent: spacious, comfortable, and very well appointed. Breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of options to suit different preferences.
Some of the spa amenities were closed without any prior notice before my booking. The only communication was a small printed notice at the front desk, but no one mentioned it during check-in or at any point during my stay. This was disappointing, as access to the spa facilities was part of the overall expectation of the hotel experience.
This hotel exceded all my expectations, the rooms are on a whole level, the swimming pool and Gym are increíble, they have excellent rates for Changing USD and the staff goes above And beyond to assist with any issue you have.

Everything very luxurious hotel not expensive for what you get ,service,amenities, bathtub and fantastic view absolutely beautiful...
One minor thing i was staying also at legendale hotel in Beijing and Iseya panoramic flagship hotel they both took deposit 1000 cny for 4 nights, at W Xi'an they asked around 1600 cny than i protested and they lowered around 1100 and asked me to not use room much...weird 😑
But beside that hotel is great and memorable!
Excellent location. Efficient front desk.. Great breakfast with many asian and continental food choices. Great swimming pool. Large room with very comfy extralarge bed. Very modern bathroom. We stay on a high floor but never any problem to wait for lifts.. total 6 lifts.. Overall great hotel

All the staff were exceptional and the manager, Ray, was friendly, warm and vivacious. Ray and her team went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The rooms are massive, breakfast buffet top-notch and the entire vibe of the hotel exceeded our expectations. We would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and enriching stay in Xi'an!!
The Mega room truly exceeds my expectations. The 180 degree view overlooking the old town is spectacular. Makes you feel like a royalty watching the busy city beneath you. Room is huge, clean and absolute luxury. Can't say enough.
