The cleanliness, very cute, and how secured the building was.

Cons:

Every time we walked into the apartment it had a wet smell to it. We figured it was due to the heat and prior hurricane issues. It was not unbearable and having the ac and humidifier on helped. Also, the curtains do not fully cover the window but it helped to get us up early to enjoy the island more.

My wife and I enjoy the stay and we would gladly recommend it to others.
Pros:

Very convenient location. Peaceful quiet and accommodating.

Cons:

The shower in the bathroom has no way of having the water from spreading on the floor. We had to mop continuously after takin a shower.

The property was located in a great area. Close walk to the beach, park and restaurants as well as a very nice walk to old San Juan. The front desk staff was very kind.

Good location, clean and comfortable
Pros:

It met our needs well. We arrived very late and the concierge who checked us in was helpful and personable. Conveniently located to sites seeing and the cruise ship terminal. It was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

We arrived very late and left early the next morning so there wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

Great location
Pros:

The location and view are fabulous. Communication and cleanliness are great. The 24-hr concierge is a bonus. They also allowed us to check-in 30 minutes earlier.

Cons:

We are frequent travelers and genius members of booking.com so we've stayed at plenty of places. There are just a bit of odd things--although not necessarily inappropriate, at this apartment. Firstly, there are too many warnings for potential charges in the communication and labels to this effect throughout the apartment. These include staining linens or breaking things. If they have these expectations of their customers, however, they should equally maintain their space and equipment. The toaster had a missing knob, the coffee maker didn’t have a proper carafe, the fridge has a dripping dispenser at the door and the dishwasher was out of order. Then there is the bathroom door that doesn’t close properly so it couldn't be locked; and a badly repaired broken floor tiles in the kitchen. The AC was very noisy but this is probably beyond their control. The windows are screwed shut so no fresh air flow making the apartment smell a bit musty. Lastly, just a few other unusual things like items for sale (wine, sarong, souvenirs), mis-matched beach towels as bathroom linens, and leftover condiments in the fridge.

The apartment was wonderful! Perfect layout and use of space! It was very clean and comfortable! It felt very safe too, they take a copy of your ID & your photo upon arrival & a key fob is needed to get to your floor!

Cons:

Definitely needed more towels, and the building/location is fine but seems like they may be doing construction or improvements?

Everything was nice except the two major problems. Didn’t had a relaxing stay because of the loud A.
Pros:

Apartment was very clean and building staff was nice. It was very easy to check in and out.

Cons:

Two BIG complaints:
1. The AC fan was extremely loud and very disturbing, couldn’t sleep at night or even talk to each other, when the fan was on. We didn’t want to turn off the AC as it was warm and humid.
2. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and soft and the body ached in the morning. We eventually slept on the sofa after two nights.

Spacious. All the amenities you need. Good value. Easy arrival. Great gym.

Cons:

The air handler was pretty darn loud and no easy way to turn off fan. A bit far from a cappuccino in the morning.. mattress might need an upgrade soon.
