Somos una familia de España y pernoctamos un día en la Pousada. La atención de Ivandro impecable. Experiencia a repetir.
Das Zimmer war geräumig und bot eine tolle Aussicht auf die Stadt und die Burganlage. Die Pool-Bar bot kostenlose Getränke und Snacks (belegt Brötchen) an. Das Frühstück war ok, aber kein 4 Sterne-Niveau.
Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und augenscheinlich wird nichts investiert. Insbesondere die Pool-Anlage war nicht einladend: das Kinderbecken scheint seit geraumer Zeit gesperrt zu sein, die Auflagen der Liegen sind schmutzig, einige Sonnenschirme weisen Risse auf, der Fliesenboden wird nicht gereinigt/gefegt und Unkraut sprießt überall. Wie dieses Hotel auf eine 4Sterne-Klassifizierung kommt ist uns ein Rätsel.

Great location, only a 10 minute walk into town. The staff were lovely - at the bar and in the breakfast area. We liked it there so much that we stayed an extra night and would single out Ivandro on reception for his help with everything.

Faciliteiten rondom zwembad verwaarloosd. Schilderwerk slecht, stoelen/ligbedden vuil, kapot meubilair werd niet weggehaald. Geen service bij zwembad
Pleasant and comfortable room. Good view from bedroom and dining room. Dinner in the Michelin restaurant was excellent although very expensive. Friendly staff.
