Excellent low-key hotel, peaceful, quiet, and extremely convenient for cruise ship port.
Pros:

Solidly built, well-thought out establishment, wonderful room, bed, and fabulous shower (once it was turned on).

Cons:

Not alot of staff floating about and no bell or buzzer to alert someone. Still, they are very kind and helpful when spotted, and there is a hotline number as well. They really went out of their way to answer questions and provide help prior to arrival. There is a genuine sense of duty towards their guests, which is greatly appreciated.
