Honestly, nothing comes to mind. Everything exceeded my expectations.

Schaars aanbod aan restaurants. Het is slim om genoeg eten mee te nemen voor alle dagen (ontbijt, lunch en diner) en een klein puntje voor de tiny house, het trapje naar boven is ietwat onhandig.

The sliding door doesn’t close all the way and stays open about 20 inches gap, mosquito net has holes so I couldnt sleep spent the night fighting mosquitos

Bedingt durch die offenen Grundstücke kommt es gelegentlich zu Hunden und Katzen auf dem Grundstück, dies sollte man im Hinterkopf behalten und ich hätte es gern vorher gewusst, damit man sich darauf einstellen kann.

Cleaning should be improved especially in the common areas. The towels and bedsheets were dirty.
We barely had any warm water to shower.
Kitchen supplies were very limited (also in the common area) we were missing basic things like olive oil and pepper to cook.
Not only were we woken up by noise from the neighboring construction site but felt like being inside a renovation ourselves - there were constantly things being done around us (painting, compression cleaning, drilling etc.) also there were pets a dog and a cat around which could be annoying if not informed beforehand. We had a little misunderstanding regarding the room so we settle in the wrong room and then had to move to the correct one.
Providing a minimum of food (potentially to buy) should also be considered due to the very isolated location or at least inform your guests about the scarcity.

Laatste deel van de weg was erg slecht om bij de accomodatie te komen. Zeker niet ontvangen door de superhost. Kamer die we hadden gekozen ( met uitzicht op de tuin ) heeft een hele steile gevaarlijke trap . Konden gelukkig naar een andere kamer maar moesten wel bijbetalen. Staan wel fotos maar daar is niet op te zien hoe steil het is .Ook niet duidelijk vermeld dat gezamenlijke ruimte en zwembad door alle gasten gebruikt kunnen worden. Dit zou wel vermeld mogen worden. Als alle kamers bezet zijn dan is de ruimte wel erg klein en heb je geen prive gevoel.In de gezamenlijke ruimte is geen ventilator aanwezig waardoor het met windstilte erg warm . Ook voor s avonds zou het goed zijn tegen de vele insecten. In het beddengoed zaten gaten. Ventilador in de slaapkamer beneden gaf bijna geen frisse lucht . Het was onmogelijk de deuren open te zetten vanwege de muggen Warm water heeft het 3 van de 5 dagen niet gedaan en duurde lang om te laten maken.

The communication was disappointing. The manager tried to charge me twice for the VAT, and when I requested corrections to my invoice, I never received an updated version. They also didn’t honor the late check-out that Booking had confirmed for me, and gave me a different check-out time than the one clearly stated in the room. The administration seems quite disorganized, and I ended up wasting a lot of time explaining very basic things.
Another downside was the cleaning lady playing loud corridos, which made it hard to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of what should have been a paradise.

1-The mosquitoes just loved my husband, even through the bed netting which impacted his enjoyment of the stay.
2- we mistakenly assumed the pool was a available for all the rooms which it was not. This should be specified in the room description. In this area of the beach , a pool is necessary as it is not safe to swim. As lovely as the room was, we would not have booked it had we known we would not have access to the pool. Luckily, 2 of our 3 days there were no other guests booked so we could use it - hence the good review.
