I liked everything from the staff's communication, facility and services

Location near airport which was handy , that was about the only positive.
The ‘free upgrade’ room seemed unclean and it was cold. The towels and sheets smelt and didn’t appear to have been washed.
There were other guests yelling at each other throughout the night (from 1130-130 ish) and they made noise later through the night leaving me with zero sleep. I advised the host about this through email and they just responded with an automated message saying ‘what time are you checking in, how many guests? And do you need parking?’. This was after I’d checked out. So I replied back and forth a few times, asking ‘have you read my message’? They replied saying ‘just now’. So I replied again reiterating that I got no sleep and I was also advised I could store my bag there for a few hours (which was nice of them) but the host didn’t answer me asking where would be suitable to store them after three messages..
so after my latest reply, restating all of the above, I got a response from the host saying ‘system error’.
Whaaaat!? I wasn’t even asking for a refund or anything, just giving feedback (particularly about the noisy guests, not even about the cleanliness). I literally locked my room because it felt unsafe, people were screaming ‘shut the f**k upppp’ etc through out the night.
Anyway, wouldn’t recommend. Lack of accountability or apology from the host was a disgrace.
Pay a little more for something better!
The bed was very comfortable. The rooms were large. It was clean, light & airy. Convenient for airport 15min Lyft ride to airport. Local bus used to arrive was not too far & at the same location as the food outlets.
It's the first time I was in a house with Aircon through floor vents. They turned on multiple times to heat the house. I had just flown in from England so was a bit disoriented, however I thought someone kept using the bathroom with extractor fan. I was grateful for the heating once I worked out what kept waking me 🙂 Also a little thing but the can opener didn't work. I would stay again.
It was cold
The property was exactly as advertised in the photos. It was clean, comfortable, very organised and well stocked. The host are also very responsive to messages and ensured we were comfortable.

The room had bed bugs that bit me badly on my face, and I had to leave in the middle of my stay. Overall cleanliness was unacceptable — the bathrooms and common areas looked like they had not been properly cleaned in a long time.
Although I was “upgraded” to a larger room, it was old, poorly maintained, and very cold. The temperature in the house was kept at a very low level, and no additional heater or blankets were provided, even after I asked.
After I reported the bed bugs, the host responded in an unprofessional and inappropriate way, suggesting I had brought the bugs myself, asking me to prove they did not come from my belongings, and attempting to charge me for cleaning costs. The communication also included insulting language and personal accusations, with attempts to shift responsibility onto me.
The host continued sending insulting messages until I asked the platform to step in. After intervention, the host stopped harrasing me.
No refund was provided for the unused nights.
Very disappointing, emotionally difficult stay with terrible hygiene, and terribly handled situation.
It was clean, they offered me a bigger room, good location.
