Hotel is very central, a few mins walk to Ben Thanh market. Be nice to the staff, everyone is so friendly, I was really surprised by how affordable it was for a clean, spacious room right in the centre.

8th floor, top floor. Checked in 7 pm but took the room over 4 hours to get cool. It was so hot I became dehydrated and sick. I had to leave and rehydrate with pocari sweet mixed with water to rebalance. Now 7 hours later Im stabilising.

Great value for money!
Pros:

The room was basic but clean. Great location and surprisingly quiet at night given its central location, we were on the 7th floor. Independence Palace, Saigon Central Post Office, Notre Dame Cathedral of Saigon, Ben Tranh market all within walking distance.

The hotel's location is nice. The staff tries their best. Room cleaning and daily water replenishment are good. However, due to the hotel's location and age, you might encounter insects in the bathroom. The shower is one step above, but it leaks water from under the glass. The furniture is old. It's only suitable for sleeping for two or three nights.
