In punta cana zit je wat meer in de stad, dit is nog opbouwend en nog niet mega druk.

Si aprecian su dinero, su seguridad y su tranquilidad, NUNCA reserven en este lugar.
Nos robaron una enorme suma de dinero directamente de dos habitaciones diferentes:
De la primera habitación se llevaron 4560 euros.
De la segunda habitación se llevaron 600 euros y 1600 dólares.
Revisaron nuestras pertenencias privadas y sacaron el dinero de una mochila, un bolso y una maleta. Registraron todo con total impunidad mientras no estábamos!
Lo más indignante fue la actitud de la propiedad y la desinformación de la administración:
Al principio nos dijeron que tenían cámaras de seguridad funcionando tanto en el jardín como en la recepción.
Después admitieron la verdad: no hay ninguna cámara en el jardín y la única cámara de la recepción!
NI SIQUIERA ESTÁ GRABANDO! Todo es un engaño para dar una falsa sensación de seguridad.
Estamos 100% seguros de que fue alguien del personal del hotel: no había ninguna señal de forzamiento en puertas ni ventanas y, además, tuvieron el descaro de dejar una pequeña parte del dinero pensando que no nos daríamos cuenta de la falta. Es una táctica de robo calculada por parte de empleados con acceso a las habitaciones.
A pesar de todo esto, el hotel se niega rotundamente a asumir cualquier tipo de responsabilidad, no nos dieron ninguna solución y se lavaron las manos por completo. Protegen a los delincuentes que trabajan allí.
Esto ocurrió apenas en nuestro tercer día de vacaciones y nos las arruinaron por completo. En lugar de disfrutar, tuvimos que pasar horas perdidas en la comisaría de policía poniendo la denuncia.
HUYAN DE ESTE HOTEL‼️Es un peligro real y una pesadilla. Quedan advertidos.

We chose this hotel because we wanted something close to the airport for our last night before our flight. The “beach” they offer is actually a small pool by the port, with a bad smell and dirty water—very different from the rest of DR. They offer a shuttle service to the beach, so we booked a pickup at a specific time since we had to check out and head to the airport. However, they forgot to pick us up, and we waited for over 40 minutes. What was even more disappointing was that they didn’t seem to consider it a significant issue. Later, we asked for a short ride back to the beach area to meet our Uber (Uber drivers cannot enter the hotel area, and the hotel taxi was more than twice the price). Although the receptionist had provided the same service to us in the morning and to other guests just a few minutes before, he told us is was not possible and suggested we walk 30 minutes in the sun with our luggage. In the end, after a driver from a nearby hotel kindly offered to take us, they drove us there. During the night, the curtain above the door fell down. We reported it to the same receptionist but no one even came to check or fix it. There were also no bath mats provided, and the bathroom floor floods after every shower. Last but not least, we had specifically requested a vegan breakfast in advance, and at check-in we were assured it would be available. However, the next morning the only option provided was fruit and granola, even though we had paid for a full breakfast. This is certainly not the level of service we expected from a hotel charging around $400 per night.
