Need a lot of work to be done

Breakfast was tasty . And on time

Cons:

First of all the room is booked wasn't given to me . Iwas shifted to another property.
No hot water. All locks of bathroom broken . No hygenine . Kitchen dustbin was full with last customers waste . No staff to attend. We called staff for all problems they came after . 3 Hrs

Pros:

The personnel was super helpful, apartment was quite solid

Cons:

Bathroom wasn’t very clean. There is a construction happening just across the street so during one of the nights we woke up at 6.30 am with massive noise

Cons:

Need to work on Wi-Fi and TV connectivity.
Totally upset — if the property provides Wi-Fi and a smart TV, then why are they not getting connected to the internet? When we called reception, they outright denied that this facility is provided. Strange — then why is the equipment given?
