Cleanliness acceptable, Service good and spacious room
Pros:

Wonderful and comfortable stay!! Good ambience and loved the bathroom that has a good and big bathtub. Water pressure was good too. The manager who checked us in was very friendly!!!

Suitable place for young family with children
Pros:

I like that it has 2 separate room with queens size bed and separate toilet and bathroom. The room was ready and room temperature was all set when I checked in, which shows that they are attentive to comfort of their guests. No hesitation to stay there again when in Penang.

Cons:

There's no breakfast and cafe in the vicinity was not open for breakfast, hence I ordered from Grab food. The TV was set to one chanel only which a bit frustrating.
