Our experience at this hotel was a dream!
Pros:

The location was incredible. Cannot be beaten. The staff treated us like family the entire time. The room was great. The smell of crisp mountain air in the mornings. We felt so lucky for picking a random hotel in a random town in Austria and to have an amazing experience like this. The nearby town is beautiful. The lake is beautiful. The mountains are accessible and incredible! Wow. Cannot state this enough. Absolutely wow. They even have a little beach area to relax at. This was the best experience of our lives.

Pros:

Die Dame an der Rezeption war irrsinnig lieb und nett und zuvorkommend. Dafür 10 von 10. Die Kellner , bei aller Rücksicht auf die Hitze waren eher das Gegenteil leider. Badestrand super. Frühstück für 25 Euro eher mittelmäßig.

Cons:

Die Lage ist top. Bad dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Wasser floss schlecht ab in der Dusche. Klodeckel viel fast ab.

Big but not really clean room.
Pros:

The room was big and the bathroom nice, and the lady at the reception was very nice and helpful, but that's where it stops.

Cons:

When paying as much as I did (most expensive hotel night I've ever had I think) I expect a clean room and a better selection at the breakfast. There was spiderwebs on the wall!

Eine Nacht okay, längere Aufenthalt definitiv nicht.
Pros:

Die Pension ist für eine Übernachtung durchaus ausreichend, insgesamt wirkt sie jedoch etwas veraltet und abgewohnt. Die Einrichtung hat ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich und könnte an einigen Stellen modernisiert werden.
Das Frühstück hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Auswahl war in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes.
Positiv hervorzuheben ist das freundliche Personal. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt kann man die Unterkunft nutzen, für einen längeren Aufenthalt würden wir jedoch eher eine modernere Alternative bevorzugen.

Cons:

Ziemlich abgewohnt und in die Jahre gekommen. Abendessen im Hotel war nicht empfehlenswert und für den Preis absolut nicht akzeptabel

Lage , alles gut erreichbar, trotzdem sehr ruhig!

Die Matratzen gehören längst ausgetauscht! Bin in einer Grube gelegen ! Der Mitarbeiter beim Frühstücksbuffet war sichtlich genervt von seiner Arbeit! Die italienische Dame an der Rezeption hingegen war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich!! Top !!!!
