Situation au top
Pros:

Petit hôtel très bien situé, à deux pas de la vieille ville et du bord de mer.
La récupération des clés se fait grâce à une boite à clés donc l'arrivée peut se faire à n'importe quelle heure.

Cons:

La terrasse qui était "encaissée" et commune à une autre chambre (du coup, vue sur la séparation).

Pros:

Location good for old town and beach. online check in worked well, roof, bed and toilet!

Cons:

Parking a lottery, shower tiny, no tea/coffee facilities in room, no hairdryer. No reception on arrival meant relying on emails to sort issues. While they responded, answers were not always helpful. Construction work opposite has reduced already severely limited street parking. Don't feel hotel should advertise it has parking as you can end up having to park some distance away. They claim it is easy to park in the street but it isn't.

Chambre nauséabonde. Bruit d'un chantier et surtout aucun remboursement pour un séjour de 3 jours sur les 7 payés. Suite à un décès. Aucune empathie aucune réponse

Pros:

Soggiorno a settembre.
Appartamento a 5 minuti a piedi dalla città vecchia. Letti comodi, bagno e pulizia ok, check in semplice e veloce. Parcheggio relativamente semplice. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, se si cerca lusso c'è l'Hilton a 2 minuti...

Cons:

La vista su un cantiere, ma non è certo colpa dell'hotel.

Tutto sommato è stato eccellente!
Pros:

La posizione era ottima, vicino ad ogni cosa ti serva, c’è il frigo in camera, personale non rumoroso e gentilissimo.

Cons:

Doccia un po’ troppo piccola, stanze non molto insonorizzate e scarico del water molto rumoroso.

Pros:

We were really happy with our stay! The staff were absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome. The location is fantastic — so convenient, with everything within easy reach. The Old Town and the beach are both close by, which made getting around really easy.
Our room was cleaned every day, and fresh towels and bed linen were provided regularly.
The only little thing I would suggest improving is the availability of hairdryers. The hotel does have hairdryers and irons, but sometimes it was difficult to get a hairdryer when we needed one. I think having a few more available would be a great addition.
Apart from that, everything was wonderful! We had a lovely stay and would definitely be happy to come back. ❤️

War sehr gut für den Preis
Pros:

Die Lage, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und nach Oldtown Chania. Zimmer hatte alles was man benötigt.

Cons:

Baustelle direkt gegenüber.

Nice location, breakfast. Worth the money.
Pros:

Location was nice between beach and old town. Breakfast was fairilt good. There was a lot of pillows to choose from.

Cons:

Bathroom floor was soaked with water after shower and was difficult to get dry. It was also quite small. There was a construction site next to the hotel and they started working on Sat at 7am. The room wasn’t soundproof at all so we could hear every little noice.

Pros:

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura e mi sono trovata molto bene. La posizione è davvero comoda, essendo vicina al centro di Chania e permettendo di raggiungere facilmente le principali zone della città.

Ho apprezzato molto la presenza del mini frigo e dell’aria condizionata in camera, soprattutto durante le giornate più calde. Nella struttura sono inoltre disponibili diverse informazioni e suggerimenti riguardo ai tour e alle attività da fare in giro per l’isola, cosa che ho trovato molto utile per organizzare le escursioni.

Lo staff è presente principalmente durante la mattina, ma è sempre disponibile e risponde prontamente tramite messaggio per qualsiasi necessità o informazione.

Nel complesso è stata un’ottima esperienza e consiglio sicuramente questa struttura a chi cerca un soggiorno comodo e piacevole a Chania!
