Pros:

IT WAS A LOVELY EXPERIENCE, ONE I WONT FORGET IN A WHILE.
Pros:

THE ENVIRONMENT WAS VERY SERENE AND QUIET. THE AIR WAS FRESH AND CLEAN. THESOUNDS OF THE BIRDS CHIRPING. THE EARLY SUNRISE THROUGH THE CURTAINS.

Cons:

1. THAT I WAS NOT INFORMED THE PREVIOUS NIGHT THAT THE BREAKFAST WOULD NOT BE BUFFET, THEREFORE I NEEDED TO MAKE THE ORDER AT THE DINNING THAT MORNING DURING BREAKFAST AND THEN WAIT.
THE REASON I HIGHLIGHTED THIS IS BECAUSE I HAD A SCHEDULE THAT MORNING THAT DID NOT INCLUDE SPENDING MORE HOURS DURING BREAKFAST WAITING FOR THE MEAL TO BE PREPARED AND THIS MADE ME RUN. IT WOULD BE BETTER TO INFORM YOUR GUEST(S) EARLIER IF THERE WILL BE A CHANGE IN OPTIONS OF BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING. 2. THE GOOGLE MAPS DOES NOT DIRECT VERY WELL TO THE RESORT (I PERSONALLY EXPERIENCED THIS), SO TRY AND UPDATE SOME LANDMARK INFORMATION ON YOUR WEBSITE TO HELP YOUR GUEST(S) LOCATE THE PLACE EASILY.

Pros:

The serenity and quiet, the morning buffet was excellent. The staffs were all respectful, helpful and always smiling and welcoming.
The rooms were clean and getting room service was quiet easy.

Pros:

The environment is serene and the food was good.

Cons:

* The bathroom water was flowing into the room.
* The front desk can do better with response time to the guests. It took hours to get the concierge to assist with my check out.
* They need to state clearly to the guests about the buffet, if the buffet is subject to the number of guests, in needs to be communicated openly before clients commitment.

Pros:

Lakoewe is beautiful facility and well taken care of. Great for an "out of town" escape, with great landscaping if you enjoy running/walking, golf (you only get access to driving range for a fee - its worth it with full ball tracking). There were other activities like bicycle riding or ride on the lake.

Cons:

Staff at Lodge reception not very welcoming or friendly. Communication can be better. To be fair, they were not terrible, but also not great either. Front desk dont have / dont give accurate information: for eg, I was told I couldnt go to the golf driving range or eat at the restaurant at Golf-X. But that was wrong, both driving range and restaurant at Golf-X are open to the residents of the Lodge / Residences and even general public for a fee.

Will be great if residents at the Lodge could have access to the main (18 hole) golf course to play or worst case the 'short game' course.

Buffet options were limited, and they do not allow ala carte ordering all the time

Pros:

The choice of entertainment and the facilities were amazing with so much to do with the family. We didn't spend enough time to use them so we shall be visiting again very soon. .
