Pros:

Location was close to a mall and no tourist in the area,it was very local.

Cons:

A lot of noise from the karaoke bar across the street and the windows won't latch shut and it has wet bathrooms. The hotel also has hourly rates lol 😂 and only takes cash so after hours of travel I had to walk a kilometer to the ATM .
