The location
They locked the doors to the front of the hotel and had a number to call to get let in rang it multiple times didn’t answer was stuck in rain for 20 minutes then when the door finally opened the guy was rude and pretended he came straight there only ended up coming because we literally had to bang on the front door multiple times because he wouldn’t answer the phone even had an AirPod in so no wonder we couldn’t get in
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They let us store our luggage at no charge before and after check-in/check-out. Also, Iiked they had air conditioning.
Base of beds were dirty, but sheets were clean. Very small room but okay for one night. Just tight for 2 people and their luggage. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. The fire alarm went off briefly in the middle of the night.

The staff were all really excellent and welcoming. The location is good for kings cross. It was very clean.
The size of the room for what you pay feels abit rubbish. They can't help being on the high street but being woken up by people shouting was not good.

The staff was friendly and the location is very practical, well connected.
The room is very small and the difference between a room with a window and without is not that big to be honest.
Way too close to the street and not sound proofed at all. It was so loud I could hear every conversation outside
I was in a basement room with the bed facing the blocked window. All night long there were people outside the window creating a horrible noice, as well as vehicles racing down the road. Sleep was impossible.

The location was very convenient as five minutes walk from Kings Cross station and the staff were very kind
The room was minuscule with literally nowhere to put anything or space to move. I am a very small person and could barely manoeuvre around the space without tripping over something or bumbling into a door, and yet my room was for two people.
The room wasn’t overly clean with stains of some sort on the seat and a window that rattled the entire night.
It’s a shame because the staff are so lovely and friendly, but aside from being somewhat affordable for central London, I didn’t have the best experience.
