Convenient location, only a few minutes walk from Kings Cross train station. Has air condition which was perfect for the hot weather at the time of our stay
The room was fairly small. No hair dryer provided in the room. The single chair in the room was full of stain.

Location to train station, friendly staff, nice powerful shower.
No communal guest areas such as bar area or toilets, upon our arrival our room wasn’t ready (we did arrive earlier than stated check in time) there wasn’t any toilets to use so we were given a key card for a used room which was still yet to be cleaned. This meant using someone else’s towels etc to dry hands. The decor was nice but looked cheaply done so became tatty or broken quickly. The rooms were far too small. We chose this hotel for proximity to the train station but there wasn’t any no where to open our cases so meant putting them in the bed which isn’t what I want to do when they have been wheeled through London.

Windows didn’t have the best view but that’s a minor thing when you’re spending most of your day out of the room.

Tiny bathroom, could hear doors banging a lot.

Was put in basement level with window that wasn't fully sealed. My room was behind a bus stop which was active late into night and people passing by made resting difficult

Size is very small
Just a five minute walk from King’s Cross, made getting places really easy! Was clean and quiet enough. AC was greatly appreciated. Staff were polite and helpful, very friendly.
Well fitted out and done well with the little space available. Staff were lovely. Easy check-in and check-out.
The small double room was incredibly tight. Bathroom was not really big enough, I'm quite a small person so don't think someone larger would have been able to use the bathroom as the sink is in the way of the toilet. The bed was in the corner and there was barely any space within the bedroom area so for the two of us staying there it wasn't comfortable. The room was generally clean but needed more attention to detail as the head of the bed / window cill didn't look like it had been cleaned for months.
Small room but comfy bed and everything that was needed. Excellent air conditioning.
