There was no hot water. The front door was broken. The floor was bubbling up, making it hard to walk and there was no mini fridge or a pool.

En medio de la noche nos abrieron la puerta dos hombres que tenían la llave de nuestra habitación, muy mal hecho. Lo único que hicieron fue disculparse. Se fue la luz tres veces.

Total scam I would advise to stay somewhere else cause for 176 a night you could stay somewhere real
Cons:

I had to pay a 100 wich was supposed to be refundable I left the room clean didn’t even sleep in the bed but yet I never received my money back so that’s the scam charge you 76 for the room then lie to you about getting your deposit back so the room cost you 176 plus tax total scam and I will be contacting them today

Take air freshener with you
Pros:

The bedrooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The workers were nice.

Cons:

Building a smells like smoke or something like somebody smoked in it. It just has a smell all the way through it in the room it smells. Make sure you have enough on your card for a deposit for $100 for the room that you get back.

I would like to stay there again, yet by myself, to see if they have upgraded my observed issues...
Pros:

The Staff Was Attentive and Knowledgeable!
The Breakfast was "On Point"!
The Rooms Were Clean and Comfortable!

Cons:

*The Electricity Kept Shorting Out.
*The Carpets Were Unkept and Dirty in the Hallways.
*There were too many instances of construction materials equipment etc in harm's way of guests, elderly, as myself,and small children .
*I felt unsafe when I saw the glass door entry for building A, was pulled apart without a key card by the hands of some potential vandals scoping out the facility!!!

Asked for a refund/ rate change.. was told no
Pros:

Hotel is newer but need fixed. The sliding doors were nice.

Cons:

No remote had to wait 30 mins and 3 trips to get a remote. Room had wrappers on the floor and dirty towel. Shower leaks onto floor. Misty smell throughout the room. No ridge inside of room. Closet door was broken. Empty toilet paper . Stained shower curtain. Rat dropping on floor. Breakfast was not edible.. as in took a bit and spit it out... Juice was the only thing I could have. Coffee was cold. Asked for refund or at least discount and was told no.
