The only minor inconvenience was the access procedure after 10 PM, which was a bit cumbersome.

Andrei is very welcoming, friendly and efficient. Check in was a smooth and quick process. The room was very clean and has everything you need. There's a kettle and separate sink for dishware which I appreciate too. Ironing boards are available by the desk, I saw there are also sewing kits in case of a wardrobe malfunction and that's a nice touch. The location is nearby everything you need. Overall I liked it all, it's all ground level which did not bother me but might bother others.
The host was exceptionally helpful and readily gave tips for shopping, dining and sighseeing. He was reachable round the clock for any questions or enquiries. I highly recommend this place :)

Buen servicio, muy buena comunicación
We had a wonderful stay here! The host was incredibly kind, helpful and easy to communicate with, which made everything so much easier. The location was perfect and close to everything we needed. The place itself was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Petits soucis avec la télévision cablée qui se coupe après un certain temps...
Problème lors du pick up pour aller à l'aéroport, visiblement le chauffeur du taxi avait reçue une adresse erronnée (rue adjacente) de l'hotel.
Litterie tres confortable, emplacement calme, chambre spacieuse, propriétaire sympa, proche des lieux d'intérêt du centre ville.
La porte d'entrée était un peu courte et le bruit des femmes de ménage et la lumière du couloir toujours allumé passaient par dessous la porte, rajouter une baguette sous la porte réglerai le problème.
