Pros:

Le personnel à la réception était sympa et était près à trouver des solutions lorsque les choses étaient compliquées.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner sans boisson j'ai trouvé cela pas très professionnel et pas beaucoup de choix au menu. L'équipe de nettoyage 0/10, je ne comprends pas comment on ne peut pas nettoyer une chambre en profondeur ! (poussière, cafards mort dernière les meubles c'est ahurissants. L’hygiène est une chose que tout le monde ne tolère pas. Depuis les chambres privées ont entend toutes les conversations dans le couloir et le hall d'entrée (clients, réception..)

La ciudad de Ha Long no presenta ningún atractivo.
Pros:

El personal te ofrece actividades por la zona y las puedes contratar desde el propio alojamiento, aunque eran caras.

Cons:

En general, la ciudad de Ha Long no presenta ningún atractivo. Buscaría alojamientos fuera de esta zona (isla de Cat Ba o Quang Ninh si buscas algo por este sitio)

Pros:

The room was very nice and had a lovely balcony. The swimming pool was great, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Mr. Kien for his kindness and excellent service. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place.

Hoàn toàn không hài lòng với chất lượng.
Đầu tiên, tôi bị chuyển chỗ ngồi mà không hề được báo trước. Khi tôi đến, chỗ ngồi của tôi đã có người chiếm. Như tôi đã nói, bộ sạc của tôi vẫn ở đó. Họ thuyết phục tôi rằng chỗ ngồi của tôi sẽ không bị chiếm, nhưng,Khi tôi đến vào buổi tối thì chỗ đó đã có người ở rồi.Thứ hai, nhân viên nhà bếp của quý khách không mấy lịch sự với khách, và thứ ba, không ai trả lại bộ sạc điện thoại cho tôi. Tôi có ấn tượng rất không tốt về khách sạn của quý khách.

Pros:

Mr.Kien was very nice. We came at 3 in the morning and everything was ready for us. We stayed here one more night and we had really nice experience with calm neigberhood and relaxes oasis in the hotel.
