Pros:

The staff was nice, especially Kien was very helpfull. I would definitely come back. Only downside was that I’m 1,88 and the beds were a little short so my feet dangled of the end

Pros:

I had a really nice time, highly and truly recommend this place to everybody. Special thanks to Kien and Trang. Both of them went beyond my expectations being super helpful and friendly. All staff keep this place well maintained but those two create the atmosphere. Those kind of employees are really rare nowadays. Take care of them any this place will be always run well. Cheers!

Très bon rapport qualité prix surtout si vous avez des boules quies !!
Pros:

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Le staff est très sympa (Mr Kin et une dame très gentille) et très serviable pour les transferts et activités. Petit dej inclus très bon mais n’inclut malheureusement pas les boissons.

Cons:

Le bruit. On entend les personnes monter les escaliers et parler le soir car les murs sont très fins.
Pas de jus au petit dej. Uniquement du café et du thé.

Für den Preis ok, aber wir würden nicht wiederkommen.
Pros:

Super nettes Personal am Empfang, der Preis für das Zimmer in gut und es gibt süße Katzen in der Unterkunft.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hätte sauberer sein können. Der Kühlschrank hat geschimmelt und gestunken.
Es gab keinen Fernseher, obwohl er auf den Bildern zu sehen war.
Es gab nur eine sehr schmale Bettdecke, die für uns zwei Personen nicht gereicht hat.
Die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche waren frisch gewaschen, jedoch hatten sie einige Flecken.
Es gab kein Shampoo oder Duschgel im Badezimmer.
Das Frühstück war nicht gut, sehr einfach und der Kaffee kostete extra und hat nicht geschmeckt.

Pros:

Uns hat das Hostel super gefallen, wir hätten sogar noch eine Nacht verlängernt, wenn es nicht voll gewesen wer. Die Rezeptionistin war super hilfsbereit und hat uns am Abend innerhalb einer Stunde einen Bus organisiert, da unserer kurzfristig storniert wurde.

So comfy and vibey
Pros:

Ha Long Bay was very loud and not what we were expecting, but this home stay was like a safe haven! The vibes here were so lovely and chill, Mr Kien checked us in and checked on us throughout our stay along with the other staff. Cannot rave about this place enough! Really loved it!

Location was a bit away from the sea front but it was fine walking and locating everything

Pros:

I had a great time, I extended a night without problem and the staff helped allot with everything from where to eat to getting a bus to my next location.
Especially Kien was very helpful, he helped me with places I shouldn't miss in Ninh Binh and we had a great chat when i had to wait for the bus. He made my wait enjoyable!

Pros:

I was here in may and it was very calm and confortable place to stay! The view is really nice and the hostel is on a quiet mountain so you can escape the noises 👍 the staff is really really nice and welcoming especially with Kien I had a couple interesting and informative conversations. He speaks really well English and makes you feel like at home thank you bro!

Cons:

The cleanliness and staff are really 10/10
