Affordable but not a comfortable stay
Pros:

The hotel is affordable. The location is convenient, with medical centres, pharmacies, and mart located nearby.

Cons:

The rooms were not clean, the curtains were visibly dirty, and the bedsheets, pillows, and blankets were not properly maintained. Although the AC was working, its remote was not functioning. The bathroom's geyser was unreliable and there was no shelf or provision to keep toiletries such as soap and shampoo.

Basic amenities were inconsistent. No towel or soap was provided during check-in, but they were unexpectedly delivered only on the second day. Drinking water was not supplied to the room. Instead, guests had to collect it themselves from a water dispenser on the ground floor. There is no in-house breakfast, lunch, or dinner facility, although food can be ordered through online delivery apps.

The check-in experience was disappointing. The staff's behaviour was not welcoming. There was also no assistance in taking us to the room. Additionally, the staircase, lift, and even the reception area were not properly maintained.
