Cons:

Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura. Ho prenotato una camera per due adulti e un bambino con la formula "colazione inclusa".
L’ultimo giorno ho scoperto l'assurda sorpresa: la colazione era inclusa solo per due persone e il bambino avrebbe dovuto pagare a parte. Nessuno ci aveva informati preventivamente di questa politica che, onestamente, non ha alcun senso logico se si prenota per tre.
Come se non bastasse, la qualità della colazione si è rivelata pessima. A coronare il tutto, l'accoglienza e la disponibilità del personale sono state totalmente carenti.
Un'esperienza che mi ha fatto sentire truffata. Non ci tornerò e non lo consiglio a nessuno.

Great stay in lovely location
Pros:

We had gorgeous stay. Location near beach with see view room. Beautiful beach and restaurants near by. Local.bus at hotel doorstep. Hotel’s room very spacious, modern and clean. Having good quality beds and private pool. Also hotel provides a good quality breakfast. We had great time, Thank you.

The most beautiful unfunctional hotel room I’ve ever stayed in
Pros:

It was a very beautiful room with an amazing view

Cons:

It was the most unfunctional hotel room I have ever been in. There was no place to hang a towel and very limited space to hang clothes with no drawers.

遇到的櫃檯人員（有男性和女性）人很好，願意幫忙訂外送，我列好想點炸雞餐點給他看，他還提醒我這一份很大份 吃的完嗎？ 要不要點各半分的？

房間非常大很舒適，天氣好的時候窗外的海景非常漂亮

淋浴間外沒有可以掛浴巾和衣服的掛勾
沙發因為是布的 所以難免有一些看得到的髒污

Good hotel with several things to improve
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location in a quiet area, close to the beach and restaurants. The room is large and spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the view of the beach is absolutely wonderful.

Cons:

A few things could definitely be improved: there is a complete lack of kitchen equipment — and I mean even basic items such as plates, glasses, and cutlery, which is very unusual for this type of accommodation. There is only one wardrobe for such a large apartment. The water in the private indoor pool is cold, and if you want to increase the temperature, you have to go to the reception desk because there is no phone in the room. Even after the temperature is adjusted, the water quickly becomes cold again. Another downside is that there is no iron available anywhere in the hotel.

We would definitely love to stay here again! We had great time celebrating our daughter’s birthday.
Pros:

A very peaceful getaway from a busy city with a beautiful scenery. The swimming pool and personal jacuzzi were great additions. The Optatum amenities were aesthetically pleasing and of a very high quality. The breakfast was filling with a variety of fresh fruits, fresh toasts and many options to select from. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Un bel établissement dans un bel endroit mais gestion insatisfaisante
Pros:

L’emplacement , la vue sur la mer et l’établissement en général : chambres et salle du petit déjeuner

Cons:

Piscine dangereuse car glissante et arêtes des angles très saillantes / arnaque désagréable sur les petits déjeuners gratuits restreints à deux pour la chambre ( règlement de l’hôtel invoqué mais pas expliqué directement ?) / toilettes bouchées : on m’a amené une ventouse ..c est moi qui ait du déboucher !) pas de parapluies les jours de pluie , navette pour hotel remplacée en dernière minute par un autre véhicule à 2 fois le prix ! Au fait la ventouse est restée dans les toilettes jusqu à notre départ ! Dommage.. il y a du potentiel !
