조금만 개선하면 아주 좋을거같아요.

직원들이 웃음이없고 무뚝뚝한점. 뭐 묻기가 무서웠어요. 젊은남자직원이 제가 배달앱으로 분투할때 성심껏 도와줘서 감동받았어요. 체크인할때 여직원빼고는 다른직원들은 친절했어요. 체크인 체크아웃시 잚은여스태프때문에 호텔이미지가 않좋았지만 룸은 전반적으로 괜찮아요. 룸안 풀은 항상 물이튀어 미끄럽고 물기제거 와이퍼를 요청했지만 수건만받았어요. 그점은 4박동안 너무 불편했습니다. 계속 수건으로 엄청난 바닥 물기를 닦아야했거든요. 아난티를 취소하고 여기를택한건 결과적으로 나았나고생각해요. 애들둘과 프라이빗하곡 동선이짧아서 오히려 나았으니까요

Необходимо чтобы персонал был более ответственным и мог разъяснять свои действия.
Pros:

Чисто, красивый вид из окна, район очень тихий. Возле отеля большое количество ресторанов на любой вкус.

Cons:

Персонал ввел в заблуждение нас, на Booking у нас маленький ребенок бесплатный был, а по факту взяли деньги с нас.

Pros:

The suite, the location was magnificent. The staff was also nice. The cleanliness was spotless, they cleaned daily.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the breakfast was not good value for money.
The choice and quantity of food disappointed us every time.
Also, we missed a clothes dryer in the room.

Great place if you are looking for somewhere to stay away from crowds.
Pros:

It was clean and spacious. Great ocean views and bonus to have a plunge pool in the room.

Cons:

The location. It was quite far and only accessible by bus or taxi.
The water temperature cannot be adjusted in the plunge pool, so it was too cold for us to use.

Camera spaziosa, moderna e davvero splendida, con una vista mare e una piscina privata da togliere il fiato. Anche se la struttura non è centralissima, l'esperienza vale assolutamente il viaggio.

Cons:

Peccato per l'accoglienza alla reception: non ho ricevuto risposta alla mia mail per il check-in anticipato e il personale è apparso un po' freddo e sbrigativo. È stato insolito, visto che lo standard di cortesia e i sorrisi qui in Corea sono solitamente altissimi. Consigliato per la struttura, un po' meno per il servizio.

We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, good local restaurants and coffee shops, the Haeundae Beach Train, and the Green Railway. Beautiful walk from Songjeong to Haeundae .

Cons:

Towel/robe hooks for the pool rooms would be a welcome addition.

Cons:

Śniadania słabe i okazało się że rezerwacja była na 3 osoby dorosłe i 1 dziecko 14 lat w pakiecie były śniadania , po przyjeździe poinformowano że należą nam się tylko 3 śniadania nie 4 i za córkę musieliśmy dopłacać
