AVOID!
Pros:

The road leading upto the hotel

AVOID! The descriptions you see are exagerations and images are heavily edited.
During checkin, we were told we didn't have breakfast included in our booking, which when heavily disputed and shown proof of they backed down on and provided a very low quality breakfast (grey egg yolks).
The elevator used was strapped together using common tape with all electrics hanging out of the main panel.
We were initially given a room with a layer of dirt everywhere, heavily stained walls and curtains (i dont even want to start guessing what the stains were), scorch marks on electric outlets, and a lack of any basic amenities. Housekeeping had to be called to clean the room and provide us with towels and toilet roll. Shortly after this, we experienced multiple electric failures which prompted a room change.
Although a slight improvement, the concerns regarding hygiene and the general state remained. The bathroom in particular has heavy rusting stains running down walls from all pipes, the shower heads were crusted with limescale and the walls and tiles were covered in mould. To top it all of, we spent the whole of the first day without any hor water.
Management really need to look into what they are advertising and what they are providing. I seriously doubt the electrics would even meet the health and safety regulations. I would have disputed a refund, but as female travellers it didn't feel like a safe discussion with the staff present at the reception either.

Pros:

The rooms were very bad ,and the linen and the bedsheets were extremely worn out ,the washrooms were run down with door woodwork torn and washroom sanitary ware in poor run down connection and the rooms had no-poor ventilation just a exhaust fan in the washroom . ..sorry to say but not a good place to stay .

Cons:

They have no breakfast facility. Even their kitchen was closed during our whole stay though we are informed that they have kitchen faciliy when we booked the hotel.

Booking.com should verify the facililities with hotel/property before they declare in their page.
