The staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly. The location was also amazing, just under 10 min gates from the Gates of India and close to so many lovely sights, cafes, shops and restaurants. My room was on the reception floor but it wasn't noisy. The only problem I had was the mould on the ceiling. The room itself was a bit outdated but it had everything you need including a phone in the toilet :)

The room and hotel were very nice, clean, and staff very welcoming and always available. Flet safe. Great a/c and food in room service tasty. Private bathroom, smaller but clean with big towels and soaps available. Walking to Gateway very close and local restaurants.
Beds were firm, but otherwise enjoyed everything else.
The hotel is really well located, and the rooms are quite charming and clean, with enough room to move around. The staff is courteous and helpful.
The washrooms are crammed, and certain utilities, such as the sink and shower, appear old. The mirror also looks dated. I would have preferred a power outlet next to the bed instead of across or beyond the nightstand.

Beautiful rooms, which came as a surprise considering it looks quite small from the outside but is an absolute tardis, very comfortable, fantastic location, friendly staff, the breakfast wasn’t amazing, but it was decent, against staff absolutely fantastic
I would say that the TVs need updating. It would be excellent if there were options for smart TV there were a lot of channels but it was a little bit outdated the way it was laid out.
