Cons:

Upon arriving at the apartment, we had a hard time trying to open the main door, took us 20minutes. There should have proper instructions on how to open the main door. We had to figure it ourselves.

Cons:

We arrived at 3.15pm, the room was not ready, the host asked us to wait until 5pm, the staff came at 5.20pm to hand over the keys, came without apologizing and showed a disgusting face, the next day we were asked to leave chekout early as soon as possible, we were not ready yet the cleaner was already waiting at the door, very bad service

Uncomfortable stay at luxury cost
Cons:

Unclear instruction, no one answer calls to guide on the mailbox issue. Waited mpre than 30mins bit still no answer to calls. Whatssap standard auto message only. Appear 2 mailbox with same a15 msg. Wet smell room, sticky floor. Not going there again

Had an issue with the company hosting the unit and they are dishonest. Promised a refund but didn't fulfil. Room was poorly so was transferred to another room that was worth almost half the original price I paid. Customer service line refused to pick up the phone too.
