Two night stay as a family of four
Pros:

Location is brilliant, about 50 yards back from Ocean Drive and South Beach itself. The building (Kasa Flora) is a pretty art deco one. Aircon was cool and quiet. Free beach towels and chairs. Room was a good size with a sofa and kitchenette.

Cons:

The floor vibrated for about 12 hours a day, like being on a ship, don’t know why but it was weird! I had never stayed in a Kasa hotel before but the complete absence of staff (never saw one) does make things less convenient than other hotels. That is the price you pay for this low price (by South Beach standards) and awesome location. As long as you can tie together the numerous emails and notifications you’ll be fine.

Recomendable, la ubicación es perfecta
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente y la persona que te recibe es muy amable. También el alojamiento cuenta con toallas y sombrilla para la playa de forma gratuita.

Cons:

Al bañarte la ducha perdía un poco de agua y mojaba todo el baño

Rendkívüli jó az elhelyezkedés, kB 50 m re van egy parkoló ház ahol napi 15-20 dollárért lehet parkolni ami a környéken nagyon jó
Közel van mindenhez óceán Drive, éttermek, boltok Stb....kellemes a szállás, környékén van egy étterem amerikai cubai Puerto saguai nagyon jó a konyhályuk nagyon mérsékelt árakkal.
A szobában a mi hibánkból beesett a beépítet szekrény mögé az irántunk és a pénzünk, jeleztük a szállásadónak és 5 percen belűl elhárították a problémát,utolsó napon kihelyeztek napernyőket, strand törülközőt amit le lehet vinni a strandra. Mi vettünk mert akkor még nem tették ki.
Amúgy benne van az árban1 személy per 1 napozó ágy strandon ingyenesen

Cons:

A hotelben a takarítás gyenge kaotikus.
2 hetet töltöttünk ott, a 7 nap üzentek, hogy jönnének takarítani mondtuk, hogy rendben de nem történt semmi.
Majd írtunk, hogy a következő nap is jó megint nem történt semmi
Rájöttünk, hogy csak akkor jönnek amikor ott tartozkodunk nem úgy mint a a hotelek 98 százalékában amikor a vendégek nem tartozkodnak a szálláson, így 2 hétig nem is takarítottak.
