Position was exactly what we needed and access to market was a bonus
Pros:

Small room but exceptionally clean. Pod coffee and good quality bottled water in fridge. No contact check in and out was quick and easy

Great place to stay
Pros:

Great location across the road from the Queen Victoria Mkts. Outside of the Hotel was the city circle trams which are free all the time. Rest. downstairs from the Hotel was great.

Cons:

The area with the weird people hanging around the area, scary.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut und ruhig direkt am Queen- Victoria Market. Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet und sauber.
Sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist relativ klein. Es gab z.B. keinen zusätzlichen Stuhl im Zimmer. Die Fenster sind nicht zu öffnen.
Es gibt keinen Zimmerservice. Man konnte zwar auf Verlangen durch Anruf bei einer Servicetelefonnummer neue Handtücher erhalten. Da wir 9 Tage dort waren, wäre es aber durchaus sinnvoll gewesen, mal zu Kehren oder zu Staubsaugen. ( es gab aber keinen Besen oder Staubsauger im Raum). D.h. für Kurzaufenthalte ist das Hotel gut, aber für längere Aufenthalte fehlt ein schlüssiges Servicekonzept.

Empfehlung!
Pros:

Sehr sauber, top Lage direkt am Queen Victoria Market, seeeehr tolle Aussicht aus dem Fenster (siehe Foto). Alles blitzblank sauber und toll ausgestattet. Einfacher Check-in. Gut klimatisiert, Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer.

Alles war fußläufig zu erreichen ☺️. Unten im Hotel ist auch eine Bar mit Restaurant.

Cons:

Die Antwortzeit bei Anfragen war sehr lange, teilweise hat man leider gar keine Rückmeldung erhalten.

Great location, very comfy and great staff
Pros:

The location was fantastic. Right next to the Queen Victoria markets which is buzzy on the weekends with great food options. The property is about a 15mins walk into central Melbourne.

Can't think of any down falls to the property
