Overall, it was an unforgettable and great-value stay.
Pros:

It has a fantastic location beside Victoria Market. The bed linen, pillows and duvet are extremely cosy. The room has a clean, functional design. Self check-in is available, and all instructions were well covered in emails, so my check-in went very smoothly

Cons:

It seems the shower head may be partially clogged inside its copper pipe, resulting in weak water flow.

10/10 would recommend
Pros:

the hotel smells amazing, the decor and interior design is beautiful and classy without being boring, the views were great, the bed was super comfy.

Cons:

the ventilation in the bathroom was inefficient, couldn’t keep up with the steam from a 10-minute shower, which meant steam would spill into the room and make the room a bit muggy and uncomfortable. other than that it was a wonderful stay!

Great place to stay and would stay again!
Pros:

Staff were great and accomodating.
Room was stunning and even had a few drinks in the fridge for us when arrived!
All really nice amenities.
Right near the markets which was amazing

Cons:

Shower was a little unclean but that’s all!

Loved this hotel. Fantastic location, great outlook, clean, right at transport, food and the markets. Good value so hopefully it stays that way and we will definitely be back.

Pros:

Great location, situated right across Queen Vic Market. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of great places nearby to eat and see.

Pros:

Terrific location directly across the street from Queen Vic Markets that open at 7am and has bakeries, good coffee, fresh fruit and veg, etc. Easy walk to huge choice of cafes, restaurants, especially Chinese, Korean and Japanese. Tram stop right outside but no traffic noise in street-facing room. Room was compact, modern, stylish and very clean. Complimentary beer in fridge was appreciated.

Cons:

Room has seating but no desk or bench to eat or work at. A few non-herbal tea bags would be a nice addition.

Overall the rooms are lovely and the location is great but the lack of servicing/cleaning of the room and the breach
Pros:

Convenient location, the room was nice and clean and modern. Good amenities! Bed was very comfy and nice and big. Room was spacious!

Cons:

When we arrived we were given the code and room number of a guest who was already staying there. We had access to his room which he was staying in and just by luck we met him outside as the code for his door wasn’t working and we figured out then that we had the same room number. He contacted them and they moved us into another room which was fine and his hadn’t been cleaned that day anyways. On the 3rd day of our stay we assume the same thing happened to another guest as we were sitting in our room during the day and they were able to open our door with our code. Obviously this is a huge breach of privacy! Lastly we were not given fresh towels until the 3rd day and the only reason we got them was because we went downstairs to ask them in the restaurant attached (we did not know this was something you had to ask for). They did not clean our room either until the Saturday which was our second last day (we stayed for 6 nights). We also had to message them a few times before they replied! I think having some reception staff would help or else having a better messaging service with the manager.

入住四天，都沒有人來打掃跟收一下垃圾，房間內就只有一個很小的垃圾桶，如果有買東西回去吃垃圾根本沒地方丟，水只有兩瓶，有想問能不能多拿可是每次回到住宿的時候餐酒館都下班了，然後服務人員有傳訊息說到的當天10am跟check out當天可以寄放

有電梯，樓下餐酒館員工服務態度超好，住宿的地理位置很好

沒有整理房間，聯繫不到人
