Mi estadía fue breve, apenas una escala antes de continuar el viaje, pero Rafael hizo que ese pequeño descanso se sintiera como una pausa amable en el camino. Siempre estuvo atento, me recibió temprano, tuvo la generosidad de recomendarme lugares para conocer. El alojamiento es sencillo con todo lo necesario para descansar bien. La relación precio-calidad es excelente

I stayed here for just one night while catching an early flight from Santiago, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed. The hostel is conveniently located relatively close to the airport, making it a great option for travelers with late arrivals or early departures. Considering the affordable price, I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable my stay was.

The owner, Rafael, deserves special recognition. He speaks English well, has a wonderful sense of humor, and immediately makes guests feel welcome. His warm personality creates a relaxed atmosphere that feels much more like staying with friends than staying in a hostel. He also has an adorable dog, which made the place feel even more like home. If you have some free time during the day, you’ll probably get the chance to play with the dog too.

The dorm room was comfortable and not overcrowded, with only two bunk beds, so it was much quieter than many backpacker hostels I’ve stayed in. Everything was clean, including both the bedroom and the shared spaces.

One morning, Rafael even prepared fresh coffee for the guests in the kitchen, which was a small gesture but really showed how much he cares about making visitors feel comfortable.

The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout my stay, allowing me to organize the next part of my trip without any issues.

One thing travelers should know is that using the shower requires an additional fee, so it’s worth checking this in advance to avoid any surprises.

Another unexpected bonus was the neighborhood. Although I arrived quite late, there was a very affordable Chilean hot dog stand nearby that stayed open until around 10 PM, making it easy to grab a quick and delicious dinner without spending much money.

Overall, this hostel offers excellent value for travelers looking for affordable accommodation near the airport. Clean rooms, reliable Wi-Fi, a fantastic owner, and a welcoming atmosphere made my short stay much more enjoyable than I expected.

El host muy presto a ayudar en todo siempre y muy comprensible, aprecié mucho eso, además es muy buena onda, una persona agradable que se nota que le gusta lo que hace, siempre con súper buenos ánimos. Pude descansar muy perfectamente, hubo silencio y oscuridad ideales jajaj. Pude dejar un mensaje el guestbook.
