La localisation géographique était parfaite au milieu des grattes ciels de Bangkok.
Tout d'abord nous avons pris cet hôtel pour la piscine à débordement au 35ème étage. Elle était fermé sans même nous avertir. Ensuite plusieurs choses étaient cassées comme le placard du frigo et le placard dans la salle de bain en dessous de la vasque. Ensuite pas de ménage le premier jour alors que nous n'avions pas donné d'instructions et que nous avions 2 chambres. Une des deux a été faite donc la preuve en est. Pour tous ces problèmes, à aucun moment il nous a été proposé une offre commerciale. J'attendais pas 25% de réduction mais un petit geste de bonne foi.
I really enjoyed my stay, especially because my room was upgraded to a Panorama Room. The view was absolutely amazing, with floor-to-ceiling glass windows that offered a stunning cityscape. The room was on the smaller side, but it was cozy and comfortable enough for a relaxing stay. The bathtub overlooking the city was definitely an added bonus and made the experience even more special.
The hotel seemed to be a little short-staffed during my stay. There was only one receptionist at times, and the doorman service was quite limited. The hotel also only has two elevators, so there can be a bit of a wait, especially during busy periods. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was also under renovation during my stay, which was a little disappointing.
