Room, comfortable and very quiet on the 29th floor. The staff were lovely, very courteous and genuine. The TV was great, Previous guests had left their Prime and Netflix accounts open.
Although given a WiFi code, access didn't require it. Unfortunately my Email was compromised and I have to reconfigure it,
There were no information books or menus in the room, most hotels have them. There was hardly any coffee each day, just two small sachets. Not an issue for most people but the spiral staircase leading up to the restaurant may be challenging for those with mobility problems.

Room bit to small and my bathroom door was broken so i hade to call reception to send someone to fix it

The doorman mumbled something as I entered hotel.
That afternoon the fridge light was off and fridge was warm.
I edged fridge forward and the plug removed from wall
So disappointed !!!
