Ein super Adults-Only Hotel. Alles super und sehr schön eingerichtet. Spa-Bereich toll. Genügend Liegen. Essen war top.

Testnek, léleknek pihentető kényelmes szálloda.
Pros:

Nyugodt, csendes helyen gyönyörű parkban tényleg élmény a két medencében fürdeni. Kiváló konyha, ahol a személyzet rugalmasan mindent megtesz a vendégek kívánsága szerint.

Amazing stay!
Pros:

We had a really great time here. The hotel itself is super modern, beautiful, and really comfortable, and it's set in a gorgeous location.

The wellness area with the thermal water was definitely a highlight—so relaxing and well-kept.

What made the trip even better was the staff. Everyone was incredibly attentive, and the waiters in the restaurant were top-notch. As for the food, the kitchen absolutely nailed it. Both breakfast and dinner were flawless and delicious.

Would definitely recommend and will absolutely be back!

Cons:

The only small downside was the fridge in our room. It was great that it was empty so we could stock it with a few beers and ready-made cocktails for chilling on the balcony in the evening, but unfortunately, it barely cooled at all, so it didn't really do the job.

Ein wirklicher schöner Aufenthalt mit einem bitteren Nachgeschmack.

Die Hotelinnenausstattung, die Poollandschaft mit den bequemen Liegen und der Außenbereich sind sehr gut gelungen. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und angekommen.

Cons:

Dass nicht kommuniziert wurde, dass mit Wellcard-GS nicht bezahlen kann und trotzdem beim Einchecken die Karten angenommen wurden, sorgte für etwas Verwirrung. Weil es im Jahre 2023 noch möglich war und wir im Vorfeld nicht auf die Änderung hingewiesen wurden. Wie hätten sonst eine andere Unterkunft gewählt, da die Karten als Vatertagsgeschenk von unseren Kindern besorgt wurden. Die Aussage, dass über Booking gebuchte Aufenthalte nicht mit Wellcard bezahlt werden können, war ebenso befremdlich, da wir in der vorherigen Unterkunft (H2O) ohne Probleme mit den Gutscheinkarten zahlen konnten.

Schlichtweg enttäuschend

Die Lage ist gut, Zimmer ist soweit okay.

Cons:

Im Restaurant war kein Tisch zum frühstücken reserviert, mussten warten bis ein Tisch abgeräumt wurde und neu eingedeckt wurde. In der Hotel Rezeption fühlte sich niemand zuständig! Wir waren kein Einzelfall, auch ein anderes Paar hatte keinen Tisch zur Verfügung!
Leider am nächsten Morgen, das gleiche Problem wieder kein Tisch reserviert!
Das Hotel hat keinen Ansprechpartner es fühlt sich niemand verantwortlich, es ist schlichtweg enttäuschend.
Die Kommunikation zwischen Rezeption und Restaurant dürfte nicht möglich sein (Interne Schwierigkeiten sollten nicht über Gast ausgetragen werden)

Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt im Apartments Spa Resort Styria hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Apartment war großzügig geschnitten, modern und bot auch einen kleinen Balkon mit gemütlicher Schaukel. Besonders positiv überrascht waren wir, dass bereits am nächsten Tag eine Reinigung inklusive Bettenmachen und frischen Handtüchern erfolgte – das hatten wir in einem Apartmentresort nicht unbedingt erwartet.

Da wir vor der Hauptsaison dort waren, war in den Pools angenehm viel Platz. In der Hochsaison könnte es in den eher kleineren Pools allerdings etwas voller werden. Hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnlich langen Öffnungszeiten des Wellnessbereichs: Die Outdoor-Pools sind bis 22 Uhr geöffnet und der Innenpool sogar bis Mitternacht. So etwas haben wir bisher noch in keinem anderen Resort erlebt und fanden es wirklich großartig.

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt betrifft die Handtücher für den Spa-Bereich. Diese müssen im ersten Untergeschoss abgeholt werden, während sich die Pools im zweiten Untergeschoss befinden. Dadurch muss man jedes Mal einen zusätzlichen Weg einplanen, was etwas unpraktisch ist.

Auch im Spa-Bistro gab es noch Verbesserungspotenzial. Die Mitarbeiter wirkten sehr gestresst und waren leider nicht besonders aufmerksam. Zum Bezahlen mussten wir zweimal zur Theke gehen, da wir zunächst nicht beachtet wurden. Oft würde schon ein kurzer Blickkontakt mit einem „Ich komme gleich“ oder „Bitte einen Moment Geduld“ ausreichen, damit sich Gäste wahrgenommen fühlen.

Sehr positiv war hingegen die gebuchte Gesichtsmassage. Mit 47 € für 20 Minuten zwar nicht ganz günstig, aber die Masseurin war hervorragend. Die Massage war genau so, wie man sich eine perfekte Gesichtsmassage wünscht – professionell, angenehm und sehr wohltuend.

Fazit: Ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt mit großzügigen Apartments, tollen Wellness-Angeboten und außergewöhnlich langen Pool-Öffnungszeiten. Kleinere Schwächen beim Handtuchkonzept und im Spa-Bistro trüben den insgesamt sehr positiven Eindruck nur wenig.
