Pros:

Agréablement surpris de la rénovation qui a été faite au 5e étage

Cons:

Des petites finitions manquantes notamment sur mon lavabo de salle de bain il restait les bouts de scotch, il manquait un joint dans la douche donc l’eau coulait, le micro-ondes utilisé pour réchauffer nos plats n’était vraiment pas propre du tout

Déception pour un hotel 4*
Cons:

La propreté de la salle da bain laissait à désirer. Cheveux partout. Toilette pas lavée. Pas de savon dans la douche. Pommeau de douche brisé.

Personnel désagréable et incompétent + prix parking déguisé = que des mauvaises surprises !

RIEN ! une très mauvaise expérience ! à éviter absolument !

L'arnaque de l'hôtel pour le prix du parking qui n'était pas affiché comme payant ! et même la personne à l'accueil ne donne aucune informations dessus ! le matin au check c'est la mauvaise surprise ! il faut payer 19€ pour un jour de parking ! Aucune information, aucune assistance, tout est flou, et aussi avec un discours désagréable et irrespectueux vis à vis d'un client mal informé et pris au piège ! C'est lamentable !

Pratique près de l’aéroport
Pros:

Tout près du service parking navette aéroport CDG , literie confortable , machine à café nespresso appréciable et bouteille d’eau.

Cons:

Dans une des 3 chambres , la poubelle salle de bain n’avait pas été vidée. Il y avait 2 coton tiges sales . La prise électrique de machine à café ne fonctionnait pas. On a dû déplacer la machine près de la télé. Et dans une autre chambre la pomme de douche était cassée. Donc propreté et maintenance à revoir

Pros:

Hotel znajduje się blisko lotniska, można z niego dojechać autobusem 350 w 15min, przystanek znajduje się bezpośrednio przed hotelem. Wygląda samego hotelu wewnątrz jest estetyczny i stylowy. Pokój czysty, wystarczająco przestronny z komfortową łazienką z suszarką. Obsługa na recepcji bardzo miła, można było pożyczyć żelazko jak i zostawić bagaż na przechowanie bez dodatkowych kosztów. Hotel blisko dworca którym w 50min można dojechać do centrum Paryża. Śniadanie w hotelu smaczne i dość różnorodne.

Cons:

Przy śniadaniu obsługa była mało uprzejma, sprzątając obsługa zaczepiła mnie nożem przy sprzątaniu ze stołu i nawet nie przeprosiła. Jak na hotel z 4 gwiazdkami standard hotelu byl bardziej na 3 gwiazdki.
