L’environnement, parking partagé avec un autre hôtel et pas très propre.
Le ménage laisse à désirer.
Couvercle des toilettes déboîté, lavabo bouché,
Porte de la Sdb sale, poussière sur les plinthes, et derrière les tables de nuit.
Pas de geste commercial pour ces désagréments 🤨

HOTEL A REFAIRE ENTIEREMENT , assez vieux en extérieur et aussi intérieur , dans une zone commercial assez isolé

Premièrement le prix de ma chambre anormalement élevée qui est passée de 120€ le samedi ( jour de mon séjour) à 60 € le dimanche matin quand ns sommes allés prendre le petit dejeuner!!
petit dejeuner minable: à 7;30 pas de jus de fruits, pas de lait frais, pas de fruits, pas de viennoiseries!! totalement incroyable, tous les clients se sont plaint...
la veille 19.45 :nous avons eu droit à une espèce de dîner qui ne mérite pas ce nom : 3 pauvres crudités qu'on appelle buffet, une viande minable avec plus d acompagnement déjà!!
bref personnel très jeune qui se débrouille seul et vivre le mécontentement des clients en direct est très pénible pour ces jeunes femmes qui ny sont pour rien... votre établissement disfonctionne c'est tout...

La chambre n'était pas propre, des toiles d'araignées un peu partout avec de grosses araignées suspendues, les serviettes avaient des taches..
Jus de fruit en panne pour le petit dej..

If you arrive by bus, despite the fact that the hotel has a huge empty parking lot, you will not be allowed into the parking lot and people will have to unload and load their suitcases in the middle of the street, the bus will remain parked on the street at night. When asked why it is not possible to park in the territory, the only argument was that we would take up other guests' spaces. I would like to point out that we booked 14 rooms, so that many guests would arrive with 14 cars, while the bus takes up 4 car spaces. Of course, the parking lot remained empty all night and morning. As a frequent traveler, this is the first time we have encountered such an absurdity. Secondly, the reception does not speak English. Third and worst of all is the terrible level of hygiene and breakfast. The mattress protectors in the rooms are stained and covered in hair, there is limescale in the kettles, the dishes and utensils at breakfast are dirty - the coffee cups are brown, the plates have dried food residue. Food: although we arrived first at 7:30 (by the way, breakfast from 7:30 is too late on a weekday), the meat and cheese are not fresh, they are not served the first day and are dried out, the Nutella is diluted with water, the coffee machine is not prepared and not filled with beans, the juice machine does not work, although there is cereal, there is no milk, and there are no napkins either. There is practically nothing to eat and the appetite is ruined by dirty dishes - the breakfast is completely worthless. By the way, although I contacted in advance that I would need an invoice for the company, the receptionist was unable to issue an invoice. I left my email address, but I also did not receive an invoice during the entire working day.

Le nettoyage moyen

La prise en compte de problèmes signalés à plusieurs reprises qui a conduit à un manque de rapidité d'exécution des demandes (jusqu'à notre départ de l'hôtel rien n'avait été réglé).
À notre arrivée pas de papier hygiénique, un membre du personnel nous en a fourni un déjà entamé car n'ayant pas accès à la réserve. L'eau de la douche s'écoule très lentement dans le siphon. La chambre était sujette à des toiles d'araignées, des petits insectes volants morts sur les rideaux.
