The bathroom reeked of drain fumes despite staff cleaning it, the AC barely worked.

Only location of the hotel.

Cons:

The bathroom reeked of a disgusting drain smell from the moment we arrived. We complained, and although the staff came in and cleaned the toilets, that clearly wasn’t the problem the smell was coming straight from inside the drain pipe. At that point, the bathroom basically smelled like it was trying to communicate with the sewer.

To make matters worse, the AC barely cooled the room, turning the stay into an unpleasant combination of sewer fumes and warm air. We expected a comfortable stay, not an all-inclusive package featuring drain perfume and a complimentary sauna.

Overall, it was a very uncomfortable experience, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this place.
