Mondays are not very good tourist days in Palanga and in the hotel.
Pros:

The room was a very good size, comfortable. Breakfast was good, even though they ran out of some products at 10:00. The spa area ok, but the swimming pool was smaller than I expected. The location is very good, right across from the Amber Museum. The staff were very friendly. And I am particularly thankful that the hotel let us keep our car in the parking lot after we checked out.

Cons:

I was expecting a bit more from the spa area, especially in the morning, since the spa is only available from 17:00 on Mondays. Also, it seemed quite expensive to pay an 11 EUR parking fee, but it seems that Palanga is not really car-tourist-friendly in general. So, most likely not going back to Palanga anytime soon (not so much hotel's fault, but just general feel).

Pros:

Hyggelig personale og fin beliggenhet. Kort tur til stranden og hovedgaten i Palanga.

Cons:

Frokost var mindre utvalg enn forventet.
Rommen var litt slitte, og litt hard seng

Quiet, cozy hotel with excellent breakfast
Pros:

The room was spacious, very quiet, and cozy, and the location was excellent. The breakfast was of very high quality and absolutely delicious.

Cons:

I was quite surprised that, for a spa hotel, the bathroom amenities were extremely limited. The hotel only provided a low-quality 2-in-1 body wash/shampoo. There was no separate shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, cotton pads, or slippers. After using the pool and spa, I had to go to a store and buy my own shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion because my skin became very dry.

In my experience, these basic toiletries and amenities are normally provided in spa hotels, so this was quite disappointing.

Hotel in good location in Palanga
Pros:

Location close to the center and close to the park.
Big and comfortable room. Access to Swimming pool

Cons:

Hotel is nicely renovated from outside, but rooms and bathrooms quiet outdated.
Challenging with parking if one forgets to book in advanced
Very poor breakfast choice, not possible to order anything in addition.
I think hotel was overpriced for it’s level

Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would gladly return and recommend this hotel to others.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. The staff were outstanding—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile.

The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, with something for everyone. We also really enjoyed the hotel’s facilities, especially the spa, which was clean, relaxing, and a perfect place to unwind after a busy day.

Cons:

There were only a few minor things that could be improved, and none of them affected what was otherwise a fantastic stay. The bed was a little firmer than we prefer, although that’s very much a matter of personal preference and what you’re used to. The bathroom in our room could also use a bit of maintenance, particularly refreshing some of the grout. Finally, the spa and wellness facilities closed for cleaning between 4 and 5 PM, which was slightly inconvenient since it’s a popular time to use them. Overall, these were only small issues and did not take away from an otherwise excellent experience.
